PERSONAL STATEMENT: I am running for a position on the Pension Fund Board of Trustees for non-bargaining because I believe
that members deserve to have a strong voice in how their money is managed. I will work tirelessly to ensure that the fund is transparent
and accountable, and that it delivers strong financial performance for all members. Your money, your voice, your future – vote for me for a

helping the fund meet its strategic objectives by constructively challenging and holding management to account, monitoring performance
of the fund, ensuring that employees are fairly remunerated, maintaining communication with all stakeholders, managing risks within the
board's appetite and ensuring that audits are done to facilitate organizational learning and development.
My approach is backed by experience, 24 years in Eskom, 14 of which are in management positions where I have served in various
governance structures in Eskom transmission & distribution businesses.This experience is backed by academic qualifications; Master of
Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in General Management, Middle Management Program, B-Tech, and
Government Certificate of Competency (GCC).
I commit to maintaining a high standard of service to all members.As the board our responsibility includes growing the fund's returns and
do so in a transparent manner.This responsibility of being in the board of trustees requires professionals who are ethical and effective,

I possess all the skills and education that will enable me to make success of the tasks that will be assigned to me as a Trustee. As the
current chairperson of Montecello Homeowners Association, an organisation registered with CIPC and as a former member of a School
Governing Body (SGB), I am able to speak truth to power for the benefit of those I serve and represent, good governance is the basis on
which I make decisions.
I have immense interest in how pension funds are run and regulated, ultimately I want to be part of a team that continues to ensure that
employee contributions are protected for the benefit of the employees themselves, their beneficiaries and the pensioners. I am a woman
advocate of note and the agenda to drive gender inclusivity and equity has never been important as it is now.Women need to continue
being represented in spaces where they have presence, including in boards, not because of the gender but because we have earned our
seats in the boardrooms through our impeccable performance track records. I have a major role to play, that is why I have raised my hand
to serve my fellow Eskom Guardians, in a scheme that I have been a proud member of, for more than 16 years. I have served communities
