Subject: Request for Leave Due to Medical Treatment

Dear Sir/Madam,

With respect to the subject cited above I am writing to inform you of an unfortunate situation regarding my child, Manish
Mallah who is currently studying in Class IV at your school. My child has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor, and
after consultations with medical specialists, we have been advised to seek immediate treatment.

To receive the necessary medical care, we need to travel out of state for a series of tests, procedures, and further
treatment. Due to the complexity of the condition, the doctors are unable to provide a clear timeline for when my child will
be able to return home or resume school.

Therefore, I kindly request your permission to grant leave for Manish Mallah starting from 19-12-2024 and for an
uncertain duration. I will keep you updated on my child’s progress and inform you as soon as we have more clarity on the
treatment timeline. Should any medical certificates or documentation be required, I will be happy to provide them at the
earliest.
