EXT.

RIDGE AREA - EARLY MORNING

The scene opens with vultures circling in the air as JP's


voice unsteady with emotions, fades in.

JP is trying to keep his emotions in place as he kneels down


and examines the bodies of Suman and Sahil lying in front of
him, holding each other. Mishra notes everything down.

A photographer takes pictures of the bodies.

JP, Mishra, the cops gathered around and even the


photographer are all choking up.

JP looks around. A few bystanders have begun to gather


around, trying to take a peek. The Police are doing their
best to keep them at bay.

JP
Jaldi se saare photograph lo aur
bodies ko yahan se le jaane ka intezam
karo.

Just then Javed calls out to him from a distance.

JAVED
Sir, Sir yahan.

Javed has found a dupatta. It matches Suman's kurta.

JAVED
Ladki ka lagta hai sirji..Khoon ke
nishaan bhi hain..dekhiye..

JP picks it up carefully using a handkerchief and examines


it. Then he looks around pensively.

JAVED
Sir kal raat lag bhag yahan se 600-
700 meter pehle hi...

JP
(completes)
...humne talash karna band kiya tha..

BEAT. Javed nods silently. JP is heartbroken.

Jo kuch mile usse medical team ko

BEAT. JP goes towards the constable.

chhante raho..Kuch bhi chhootna nahi
chahiye..

Constable nods and moves on. JP thinks out loud -

Ab tak hume bas yeh jaante hain ki
bachchon ne 6 se 7 baje ke beech.. ek
lal scooter par lift li..uske baad
kya..bache yahan tak aakhir pahuche
kaise..

JAVED
Lal scooter wala hi shayad unhe yahan
laya ho?

JP
Par ek aadmi ke liye 14-15 saal ke do
bacho ko agwaah karna.. tez baarish me
yahan lana.. phir maarna..wo bhi ridge
ke itna ander..aasan kaam nahi hai
Javed.

JAVED
Ho sakta hai Sirji ki bodies chupana
chahta ho...

JAVED
Par marna hi kyon? Achhi khaasi firoti
mil sakti thi unhe..

Just then, JP spots something in the bushes. He bends down


and pulls out a broken headlight, clearly belonging to a car.
He frowns as he studies it.

JAVED
Car ki headlight lagti hai sirji..

Shayad unhe car me yahan laya
gaya..pata karo headlight kis gaadi,
kis model ki hai..

JAVED
Kuch samajh nahi aya sirji.. Bacho ko
akhri baar scooter par dekha gaya..
phir unhe car me yahan laya gaya?
ajeeb si baat hai sirji..

JP
Do bachho ko iss behrahami se maarne
se ajeeb kya hoga Javed.. ...hume woh
laal scooter wala har haal me
chahiye..
