fostering a secure and welcoming learning environment, educators may uphold their
professionalism, objectivity, and respect for their students. Academic freedom is

3. Why should teachers be physically, mentally, and morally fit?
A teacher should be physically mentally morally fit because they play a
crucial role in teaching or should I say shaping student lives, here is the
reason why it is very important to a teacher. A healthy teacher can
manage classroom activities better and serve as a role model for students
it is also very important to have a mental fit teacher because good mental
health promotes better decision making and good relationship with
students, and being morally fit teacher ensures fairness, integrity and
respect for all students. As a result, educators who put their health first
are better able to foster a more positive and effective school climate.
