Alex’s interview
Interviewer: Good morning, Alex. Can you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
Alex: Uh, sure. I’m Alex, and I’ve worked in marketing for a few years. I’m not sure if I’m the right fit for this role, though.
Interviewer: Interesting. Can you describe a project you’re particularly proud of?
Alex: Well, there was this project where I had to create a marketing plan, but I didn’t really have time to finish it. I guess
I wasn’t very happy with how it turned out.
Interviewer: I see. How do you handle tight deadlines and pressure?
Alex: Honestly, I get pretty stressed. I usually just try to get through it, but I find it difficult to keep up with everything.
Interviewer: Can you give an example of a time when you had to work in a team?
Alex: Yes, there was a team project, but I didn’t really get along with my teammates. We didn’t communicate well, and
it was a bit of a mess.
Interviewer: Lastly, why do you want to work with us?
Alex: I don’t know, I guess I just need a job. This one seemed okay, but I haven’t really thought much about it.
