Welcome to the program!


Whether you want to communicate more effectively with stakeholders and customers, or prepare for
advanced role-based AWS Certifications, becoming an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is the first step in
your cloud journey.

This training program will help you build a strong foundation on core solution concepts, AWS services, and
the overall value proposition of the AWS Cloud. This program gives you access to digital curriculum and a
live study session with AWS Subject Matter Experts who will help you:

Who should participate?


The AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification does not require prior IT or cloud experience and is a great
way to certify your foundational understanding of the AWS Cloud. This program is open to all AWS Partners.

How do I get started?


Step 1: Save your seat for the live study session on Wednesday, April 10

Step 2: Set up your AWS Partner Network (APN) account using your business email

Step 3: Sign into AWS Skill Builder using the APN account credentials you created in Step 2

Will the live session be recorded and will the presentation deck be shared?
An on-demand session will be shared with registered participants via email. The PartnerCast team does not share
the presentation deck for this program.

What should I do if I receive a 403 error when accessing courses in


AWS Skill Builder?
Make sure that you choose to log into Skill Builder as an AWS Partner and enter your APN Partner Central
account information. Learn how to sign into Skill Builder as a partner by watching this short video.

How do I register for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam?


To register for an exam, create an account or sign in at aws.training/certification, then navigate to Exam
Registration and follow the prompts. Still need help? Get step-by-step guidance on how to register for an
exam as an AWS Partner.

How much does the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam cost?
The AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam fee is 100 USD.

Does this program include an exam voucher?


No, the PartnerCast team does not provide exam vouchers. Please reach out to your organization’s Learning and
Development team for guidance on purchasing and expensing your voucher.

What if I fail the exam on my first attempt?


If you fail an exam, you must wait 14 days before you are eligible to retake the exam. There is no limit on exam
attempts, however you must pay the full registration fee for each exam attempt.

How do I share my AWS Certification achievement with my employer?


Watch this video tutorial to learn how to provide consent for your employer to view your certifications.

My AWS Certification account name doesn’t match my legal ID.


How can I update my profile?
To change your name on your AWS Certification Account, submit a ticket to the AWS Training and
Certification Support team. Select Account Assistance as the inquiry type and Name Change as the additional
details, and include the requested information in the description. If needed, our Support team will request
documentation to process the edit. Once all necessary information is submitted, allow up to two days for the
change to be processed.

Having issues with Skill Builder? Review the AWS Skill Builder support website or contact support with specific
details about the challenge you’re encountering.

What if I have additional questions about AWS Certification?
