Common Rules (1/2)

● Your character name should resemble a realistic name and cannot be names of celebrities or
famous people. Do not break TOS.

● Torture or extremely gross roleplay is NOT ALLOWED
● Any talk about Rape & Torturing is not allowed and will result in a perm ban.
● You are encouraged to stay in character at all times (OOC) unless you are in a
government situation
Common Rules (2/2)
 ● Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.Threatening to dox players, leak information or
bully them in-game for out of character reasons will result in a ban without appeal.
● No advertising other servers in game or in our discord.Will result in a perm ban.
● A clipping software is required to play on this server so you have evidence to back up
your claim when reporting a player or for law enforcement.

Server Rules / In-Game Rules

1. Combat Logging
Combat logging is zero tolerance and will result in a 3 day ban. (exiting the game in any fashion
to avoid RP)

2. If you find any bugs or exploits in our city, we expect you to report it in the “server-bugs”
channel on our discord. (A reward will be given).

3. Using any exploit to your advantage you will result in a perm ban with no ban appeal.

4. RDM and VDM are not allowed.

Examples:
Shooting someone just because you find them annoying.
Ramming the vehicle into a group of people just because you thought it was funny.

5. Meta / Power Gaming is not allowed

Examples of MetaGaming:
“Telling your friend on discord that you died near the hospital”

“Talking about in city information via emails (discord) with other players of “Forever RP”

Examples of PowerGaming:
“Finding an exploit within our Server and using it to your advantage”

“Do not stream snipe any streamers who are on Forever RP to find out locations, or any
information that may result in an advantage to you.

6. Killing ems is not allowed & will result in a perm ban. Stealing police or ems
vehicles is also not allowed & will result in a perm ban.
7. Going Out of Character (OOC)
Do not go and attack people who have broken rules in situations. These issues should
be filed in reports for admins to handle. If you feel the rule break wasn’t serious enough
to require an admin to review, simply inform the player of the rule via Discord or OOC
chat in a polite manner.
 If you’re ever in a situation that the government is needed (admin) we encourage you to
stay in character at all times. Do not break character because somebody else broke
character. Try to stay in character until an admin is present.

GANG RULES: (1/2)

1. (Initiation) Initiation is required to engage in any combat with another player. When initiating, you
must make the player aware of your intent. To initiate you must be AT LEAST within shout voice
range and must allow the other person to respond to your roleplay with words or actions. A player
may not be engaged if she/he is in a menu or (IN THEIR HEAD).

Killing someone must be carried out with High Quality Roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is
considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also
be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are
engaged in a gunfight together.

2. (Retaliation) During the Attack / Retaliate process the attacker can only attack again once the
defender has retaliated. If the defending Gang fails to retaliate within three days, then the War is
over with the Attacker being declared the victor.

3. (Kill Timer) After any gang fight/war you must wait 30 minutes before initiating again.

4. Declaring/Concluding Gang Wars and Allies

Something crucial within RP must happen between the two parties in order for a war to happen. A
poor reason behind a war can lead to admin intervention.

Wars must be declared in a face to face meeting between the leaders and rosters are to be kept
up to date with who you are at war with. Gang Wars must be concluded in the same fashion, face
to face. In most cases the request for peace should be accepted, unless there is a very good
reason to push for more war. The declaration scene and the first attack must be separate scenes.

Both sides may introduce 1 ally to join in on the war only if they are down by a 2 to 1 ratio on
gang members ex = 20 gang members vs 10 (the gang of 10 would be allowed to go get backup)

Allies must be made known during the War Declaration and follow the same rules as the primary
group. If allies are brought in it can only be one other gang not multiple members from other
gangs. Each side may only have one group allied with them at any one time to keep numbers
limited. Please ensure that you are keeping your roster up-to-date with who your ally is and who
you are at war with.

(Killing EMS/Cops)

No killing EMS or stealing EMS vehicles. This will result in a 72 hour sentence in our maximum security
prison.
No stealing cop cars unless it's involved in a RP situation that you have the right to take it. This will also
result in a 72 hour sentence in our prison.

No killing cops unless you REALLY have to! (Example: your at war with another gang and the cops come
and intervene by firing, you have the right to fire back)

(More Common Rules)

1. Fear RP is required. This means that if you are caught lacking and have a gun to your head, you
must fear for your life.

2. Revenge RP is NOT allowed (if you are killed, if you die you can’t remember anything unless you
had witnesses to refresh your memory)

🔐 (ROBBERIES) 🔐
1. No fake/false hostages, or a hostage “in on the robbery”. (Using your friend as a hostage)
2. You cannot interfere with ANY robberies at all.
3. You can only have a hostage for a maximum of 20 minutes.
4. No consecutive store, jewelry or bank robberies. You must wait 20 minutes after each robbery.
