=> As you know, I’m still a student in Hue city so I’m very busy for my study at
school. When I get free time I am used to spending about 1 hour watching my
favorite movies on Television.

=> Although there are many interesting programs on TV nowaday, VTV or Sport
news is always my best choice in my leisure time.
3. Do you prefer watching TV alone or with other people? Why?
=> I prefer watching Tv with my family at night because we can both watch and
dicuss all information all over the world together.
Topic 2: Holiday
1. What did you do on your last holiday?
=> On my last holiday, I went to Hcm City with my family. There are many
beautiful places and the friendly people there so it’s the most famous city in
Vietnam.
2. Who do you prefer spending your holiday with?
=> I prefer spending my holiday with my family because I love them so much.
My parents are often busy with their jobs so on hoiday, it’s a good chance for us
to listen and share the proplem and emotion (cam xuc) together. We can
understand more.
3. Do you prefer going on holiday abroad?
Yes, of course/ surely/ certainly. I prefer going on holiday abroad very much. It is
useful for me improve my knowledge and cultrue in the different countries.
Moreover, I also get many new friends in the world, they are very friendly and
helpful to help me increase my English skills.

If you won a lottery of 1 billion VND, what would you do with the money?
- Buy a new house

=> If I won a lottery of 1 billion VND, so I think it’s great.
There are 3 options for me: Buying a new house, starting a bussiness or
deposting the money in the bank.
In my opinion, my best choice is buying a new house.
For some reasons:
- Firstly, As you see, I’m living with my parents in an old house so it’s wonderful
for me to get a new house to take care my parents here.
- Secondly, if I have a new house, I can do everything I like such as planting
many flowers in the small graden or cooking many delicious meals for my
family. It makes me happy, funny, relaxed and I can also forget the sadness and
troubles after working hard.
- Thirdly, I’m ready to get married with my lover and we can get a full house
together.
Besides, starting a business is interesting! But as you see, It sometimes makes
me stressed, nervous and tired. I can’t get enough time to take care of my
family. So, I don’t like it
Moreover, depositing the money in the bank is not useful for me! It's suitable for
my parents’ age.
In short, my best choice is also buying a new house if I win a lottery of 1 billion
Vnd.

my free time and stuy by ourselves.

In my opinion, university education should only be free for some special majors
like police, doctor or teacher because it’s a good way to attract more talents for

1. When is your birthday?
=> I was born on the eighth of February in 1999.
2. What do you usually do on your birthday?
=> As you see, on my birthday I often get up early in the morning and drink
coffee with my family. In the afternoon, I often prepare a good meal and invite
some close friends to my house for a small party. Everyone is used to singing
Happy Birthday song and giving some lovely gifts for me. It makes me realaxed
and happy to forget the sadness and worries in my life. For me, it’s a sweet
memory on my birthday.
3. what is your favorite family celebration? Why
=> although there are many famous celebration in Vietnam, Tet is my favourite
family celebration. On Tet holiday, Everyone can relax and meet together. We
can take part in many outdoor activities at the hometown and enjoy the
traditional foods. The children can be given Lucky Money by their parents, I’m
sure they are very happy.
Topic 2: Public transportation
1. what is the best way to travel in your city?
=> As you see, there are many transportations in my hometown such as bus,
car, bike and motorbike. In my opinion, the best way to travel in my city is
motorbike. For some reasons, it’s convinient, fast and cheap

=> I think the favorite means of transportation is also motorbike because the
streets are very small and narrow in Hue city. It’s easy for you to move with
your motorbike. Besides, you are able to see the beautiful and romantic sights
and travel in a long distance, it makes you funny to forget the sadness after

3. Do you think people should use public transportation more? Why?
=> In my opinion, people should use public transportation more because the
ticket is cheap. It’s both safe and convenient. We can also protect the
environment when using public transportation such as bus or train everyday.

In my opinion, my best choice is Buying a laptop for the study.
For some reasons:
Firstly, As you see, I’m a student so my best choice is always for my study. My
laptop is old and it’s wonderful for me to get a new one. With this new laptop, It
will help me study better at school.
Secondly, if I have a new laptop, I can search many useful documents on
internet and take part in the online course to improve my knowledge.
Thirdly, Besides, I can not only listen to music and watch movies in my free time
but also chat with my family and friends. It makes me happy and relaxed to
forget the sadness and troubles after studying hard.
About Saving up for the future, it’s useful for the future. But now I’m a student
so it’s not necessery right now.
Moreover, Buying a fashionable smartphone is interesting. I’m lucky because it
was a gift from my mother yesterday.

Nowadays/ in recent years, EXAMINATIONS are popular in the world.
Firstly, some people think that EXAMINATIONS are necessary for us to check
students’ knowledge and ability. Howerver, some examinations consume a lot of
time from parents and students. The students must do much homework without
playing sports or taking part in the outdoor activities. It’s not good for the
students’ health.
Besides, many examinations are unfair. For example. Every year, the
government spend a lot of money for the university entrance exam, it also take
a month to score and still get many serious problem.
Moreover, parents must cost a lot of money for the examinations. This make
parents get the difficulties about finance/ life

In my opinion, schools are necessary because schools are the place where
students can get knowledge and learn a lot of skills such as communication
skills and soft skills. We can also have the beautiful memories with the students
