SEO is the practice of improving and promoting a website to increase the number of visitors the
site receives from search engines.

To do this, you must first learn the "algorithm" of search engines. Search engines create
algorithms to determine which factors influence your position or ranking.

We primarily focus on the most popular search engine, Google.

With almost 90% market share in the UK (source: BBC) it is most peoples go-to website for
finding businesses. Bing and Yahoo are not left out though.

Terms & Conditions

​ lientName​, are hiring us, ​YourBusinessName,​ for SEO Services as outlined in
this proposal.

What do both parties agree to do?

You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your
organisation. You’ll give us everything we need to complete the project as and when and in the
format we need it. You’ll review our work, provide feedback and approval in a timely manner too.
Deadlines work two ways, so you’ll also be bound by dates we set together. You also agree to
stick to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract.

We have the experience and ability to do everything we’ve agreed with you and we’ll do it all in a
professional and timely manner. We’ll endeavour to meet every deadline that’s set and on top of
that, we'll maintain the confidentiality of everything you give us.

SEO
YourBusinessName​ has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type
of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. ​https://www.client.com​ may be
excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search
engine or directory.

Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the
listing will reappear without any additional SEO. Should a listing be dropped during the SEO
campaign and does not reappear within 30 days of campaign completion, ​YourBusinessName
will re-optimise the website/page based on the current policies of the search engine in question.

Legal​.
YourBusinessName​ reserves the right to assign other designers or subcontractors to assist on
portions of this project to ensure quality and on-time completion. Additionally we reserve the
right to use any necessary design softwares, tools, resources, or plugins that will help us deliver
a desired finished project.

Copyrights
First, you guarantee that all elements of text, images or other artwork you provide are either
owned by your good selves or that you’ve permission to use them.

In regards to our work relationship; we love to show off our work and share your results with
other people, so we reserve the right, with your permission, to display and link to your project as
part of our portfolio and to write about it on websites, in magazine articles, and in books.

Payments
We require full payment for monthly marketing services at the start of each month before we are
able to begin or continue any work. For ease and to avoid delays to the campaign, we strongly
advise setting up a standing order for the agreed amount to go out at the beginning of every
month.

Termination
Contracts cancelled before whilsts

In the event that work is postponed or terminated at the request of C

​ lientName​,
YourBusinessName​ shall have the right to bill for work up until the next monthly cycle ending
date (1st or 15th), while reserving all rights under this Agreement.

Effective Contract
This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of OneAvenueGroup. Regardless
of the place of signing of this agreement, the client agrees that for purposes of venue, this
contract was entered into in UK and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in the UK.
