Extract everything to the folder where your GTA SA is installed.

Attention: If you are installing a very large total conversion mod, you may need to
delete "CLEO+.cleo".

Only for gta_sa.exe 1.0 US. If Steam/RLG, downgrade it:

-- How to install CLEO mods:


The CLEO mods (.cs files among others) can be installed in "CLEO" folder or inside
modloader.
When installing a CLEO mod in ModLoader, prefer to include it in a subfolder named
"CLEO", for example "modloader/mod/CLEO"
Always read the Readme file that comes with each mod download.
