COMPANY HISTORY
Chavez Estate Restaurant is a true reflection of family, fresh ingredients, and creative cooking.
It was founded by Mr. Raymond Chavez, who comes from a family that owns Sustamina Agri-
Industrial Corporation, a well-known business in Cavite's livestock industry.

Interestingly, Mr. Chavez says that Chavez Estate was an “accidental” business. It all began
when he opened a small coffee shop. As the shop grew in popularity, they decided to expand
the menu and add more dishes. While considering how to make the restaurant stand out, Mr.
Chavez had an idea to add a unique twist to the dishes by using chocolate from his other
business, The Chocoland Farm. This creative move, along with fresh, locally sourced
ingredients from his family’s farm, quickly made Chavez Estate Restaurant a favorite among
food lovers in Cavite.

The restaurant’s warm and inviting atmosphere, with its rustic decor and cozy tree house dining
area, adds to its charm. It’s a place where guests can enjoy delicious food, experience Filipino
hospitality, and appreciate the beauty of Cavite’s agricultural landscape.
