RDSolutions Recruitment Drive Process

We are excited to collaborate with NIET for our upcoming campus recruitment
drive. Our objective is to identify and onboard talented students who align
with our RDSolutions’ values and goals. This document outlines the
structured recruitment process we intend to implement, encompassing on-
campus assessments and final interviews at our corporate office.

Pre-Recruitment Engagement:

 Company Profile: We’ll share the company profile for your review
and set up a discussion with TCP Department to mutually agree for
the terms and conditions.
 Advertisement: We would need to advertise the recruitment drive at
the college campus and develop awareness in the students.

Recruitment Day Engagement:

 Company Presentation: We will conduct an on-campus session to


introduce students to our company’s details and opportunities
available.
 Q s A Session: An interactive session to allow students to inquire
about our organization.

Application s Assessment Process:

 Submission: Interested candidates will submit their resumes


through college placement cell or channels provided by college.
 Aptitude s Technical Test: Evaluate logical reasoning, quantitative
abilities and domain specific knowledge pertinent to the roles.
 Group Discussion: Finally, recruitment team will observe
communication skills, teamwork C leadership qualities through GD.

Short listing:

 Evaluation: Based on the campus performance, candidates will be


shortlisted for the final interview stage.
 Notification: Shortlisted candidates will receive official
communication detailing schedule and venue for the final interview.
Final Interviews at Corporate Office:

 Technical Interview: In-depth discussion to assess problem


solving and technical skills.
 HR Interview: Hr team will evaluate for cultural fit, and interpersonal
skills.

Offer Communication:

 Selection: Successful candidates will receive the formal offer letters


outlining the role, compensation and other required details.
 Acceptance: Candidates are expected to confirm their acceptance
within a stipulated timeframe.

Onboarding Process:

 Documentation: Necessary documentation and background


verification will be done.
 Orientation: Selected candidates will be introduced to RDSolutions
team

Collaboration Expected:

 Logistical Support: Assistance from college


in organizing on-campus assessments and
providing necessary infrastructure.
 Communication: Regular updates
between recruitment team and
TCP Department.
