SCOPE OF WORK
To do a complete modern domestic electrical installation on a
complete duplex building situated at Hill Station. Installation to
be done in three phase four wire system according to IEEE and
Local Regulatory Standards.

NATURE OF WORK
The nature of the work is categorized into phases as follows;

First Fix
• Digging of trenches and morticing of concrete walls for
passing of conduit pipes.

• Installation of conduit pipes and trunks for cable routes.

• Installation of plastic boxes for switches, sockets and other


related and required fittings.

• Installing the frames of consumer units in all apartment of the


building, prior to plastering of walls.

Second Fix
• Running of cables to all fittings position; switches, sockets,
and equipment that are required and to be installed.

Third/Final Fix
• Fixing of switches, sockets, light fittings and all other related
fittings as required by the client.
Note that the type of fittings to be installed are determined by
the client.
• Termination of all cables in the consumer units.

• Powering of all consumer units.

• Complete Electrical Testing.

DURATION OF WORK
The timeframe to complete the entire work before handing to the
client is based on the nature of the work as follows;

COST OF JOB
The total cost of the job, excluding cost of materials, is N.Le
550,000.
This includes Labor cost, transportation cost and Professional
fee.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Payment can be done according to the duration of work; in cash
or in cheque, as follows;
