/company I worked upon and I have/am served/serving required to fulfil the eligibility
criteria as per the “University” guidelines.

2. I do hereby agree to comply the existing rules and regulations of the “University” or framed
/ Amended from time to time in it.

3. I do hereby agree that the information furnished by me in lieu of my professional working


experience and experience certificate is purely genuine and will be held accountable for any
discrepancies proven later on by the university. In such case, university may cancel my
admission and can take legal action, if any.

4. I do hereby undertake that during my course with the “University”, I shall abide by the
compliance of the “University” faithfully and diligently, shall comply with all directions and
orders of the “University” and /or authorities of respective departments from time to time.
