SOAK THE BREAD IN MILK UNTIL IT IS SOFT. MIX IT WITH THE MEAT, SALT AND
PEPPER. FORM SMALL BALLS AROUND 15 GRMS EACH AND DEEP FRY IR, THEM, COOK
IT ON TOMATO SAUCE FOR AROUN 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
TOMATO SAUCE
CHOP ONION AND CARROTS IN JULIENNE AND ROASTED LOW HEATING IN A PAN WITH
OLIVE OIL. ADD THE CHOPPED TOMATO AND COOK FOR 1 HOUR AND30 MINUTES
APPROX ADD SALT AND PEPPER (ADD SOME SUGAR IF NECESSARY) BLEND IT AND
STRAIN THROUGH CHINESE. TO MAKE A SOUP ADD SOME WATER.
