I. NOTIFICATION

1. The Prosecution submits this communication regarding the disclosure of evidence to the
Defence, in compliance with Pre-Trial Chamber I’s (the “Chamber”) order1 and pursuant to
articles 61(3)(b) and 67(1)(a) and (b) of the Statute, and rules 76(3) and 77 of the Rules of
Procedure and Evidence.

II. CONFIDENTIALITY

2. The Annex to this filing, is classified as “Confidential”, as it refers to confidential


evidence disclosed inter partes.

III. DISCLOSURE OF EVIDENCE

3. On 21 March 2025, the Prosecution disclosed to the Defence 181 items, organised under
Pre-Confirmation INCRIM package 001, listed in Confidential Annex A.

4. These items comprise the material cited in the Warrant of Arrest for Mr Rodrigo Roa
Duterte,2 with the exception of those items notified to the Chamber and the Defence in the
Prosecution’s related application under regulation 35 of the Regulations of the Court,3 for
which the disclosure deadline has been extended by the Chamber.4
