I have interest in law field and want to do LLM degree from foreign country.

I didn’t chose Pakistan


because of theoretical teaching methods and there is high demand of UK’s LLM degree in Pakistan. I
reject USA, Canada and Germany because of two years LLM degree duration and teaching methodology
is not practical as compare to UK. I reject USA because of high crime rate, Canada has unexpected
weather condition and Germany has language barrio to pursue my PG degree. I finalize UK because it is
offering one year LLM course and its teaching methodology is based on class room assignments. UK is
welcoming for international learners and it is the 2nd most popular study destination for international
students. UK’s graduates has about 97% employability rate which shows the standard of education and
it has quality of assurance agency which monitor quality of education in UK’s universities. UK’s degrees
are well recognized around the globe and known for its practical knowledge of graduates. I preferred
London city for my study destination in UK because I will have an opportunity to live in a developed city
and it will be best for me in improving my personality. Additionally the world largest library is also
located in London which is quite attractive for me while choosing UK and preferring London city.

University of west London

Its LLM international Business and commercial law is not aligned with my need as it's modules like
international business and shipping law and legal aspects of international finances are not appealing to
me. It has lower student satisfaction rate than BPPU, with an overall score of 84.5%.

Then there is University of Cumbria,

Its LLM Program is not aligned with my future goals as its modules like transnational business and
advanced legal skills are very common which does not serve my purpose. It also has lower student
satisfaction rate than BPPU which is 66%.

I am looking forward to study LLM international business and commercial law from
BPPU and its all modules are appealing and compulsory for my future career goals.
Some modules are more attractive for me like personal effectiveness which helps me in
interpersonal communication, leading role, team work, management, emotional
intelligence and will be effectively perform my task. The International Business laws
which governs the international business transaction and relationship which is core
module of my course will give me detail practical knowledge. The module international
intellectual property right law which will give me knowledge about how to protect and
regulates the intellectual property right and it will be beneficial for me in handling my
corporate client legal cases. The module Contract and trade law will be my guider to
govern the commercial transaction and trade between different businesses globally and
I will use this module’s knowledge to handle contract and trade laws related matters. I
will utilize the dispute resolution and arbitration modules content in dealing and
resolving disputes and negotiate agreement between different states. I will utilize all
knowledge I will gain via all modules I will study at BPPU in my future corporate client’s
cases.
After studying LLM in international business and commercial law from BPPU, UK, I will
move back to Pakistan. I will join very prestigious corporate firm RIZVI & RIZVI
corporate law firm where I will work and apply my knowledge of LLM as a corporate
research associate for 3 years. I expect to earn around 800 to 1000 pounds per month.
I will get professional experience for 3 years in order to open my own law firm which is
my dream. I will name my law firm as AHMAD HASSAN corporate law firm. This degree
will be my strength in Pakistan and I will confidently handle my corporate legal matters
through its practical course content and knowledge. I will be more effective during my
legal cases because I will have knowledge about how to be personally effective at any
situation. I will handle my corporate client’s legal cases according to international
business laws and regulations after passing my course at BPPU.

I have passion in law field and I am working as an advocate since Jan, 2016 and I am registered Advocate
in Punjab Bar Council. I have interest in corporate law cases and my most of the experience is around
handling corporate sector cases during my 9 years professional experience. During my professional
experience, I realized that an LLM degree is compulsory for me to gain high fame in my field as
corporate lawyer.

So, I searched different universities in UK but chose BPPU because of its teaching methodology, quality
of education, student trust on BPPU and its facility to students. I chose it because its employability rate
is 95% and students’ satisfaction rate is 96%. BPPU has experienced faculty who has years of
professional practical experience in their profession. BPPU has independent degree awarding power
since 2007 and it is offering professional qualification to all students. It is the study destination which is
welcoming for international students along with local students. There are all facilities available for
students like computer lab, library, students club and societies. BPPU promote students via different
opportunities to boost their confidence level.
