Aerobic respiration is an exothermic process which takes place in

presence of oxygen. It's reactants are glucose and oxygen and
produces carbon dioxide and water and releases energy

Glucose + oxygen --------> carbon dioxide + water + (energy transferred)

C6H12O6 + 6O2 ----------> 6CO2 + 6H20

heating

they usually have less muscles than boys so don't need much energy for
muscle contraction.

The more muscle cells, the more number of mitochondria inside the cells and thus
more aerobic respiration happening inside them

A bird requires more food during winter because it provides its body with more
glucose and thus she can use this glucose for aerobic respiration. The reaction
releases energy which can be transferred to the body to keep it warm, especially in
winters, thus maintaining constant body temperature

respiration is needed even when you are sleeping to perform cellular activities needed for life.
For example, it needs energy for moving the diaphragm and the inter coastal muscles which
help in breathing. Also the digestive system muscles like stomach etc still need energy to
churn the food and also break larger food molecules into smaller molecules for digestion.
Lastly the heart needs to continuously beat to provide the body with enough oxygenated blood
and remove CO2 from the body.
involuntary muscles
all muscle activities require energy

Plants use aerobic respiration to move mineral ions like nitrates from soil to root hair
cells by active transport which requires energy. Energy is also transferred to convert
sugars, nitrates and other nutrients into amino acids which are then built into proteins

Carbon dioxide produced during the reaction can be bubbled through limewater. It turns
limewater colourless to milky/cloudy colour

Because carbon dioxide is the product of the reaction and not the reactant(which is
oxygen - already used up)
