Clause for Inclusion of Wallets in Future Transactions

1. Inclusion of Existing Wallets: 1.1. All wallet addresses utilized by the contracting parties during the
term of this agreement are hereby included for all future transactions between the parties. 1.2. These
wallets shall remain active and valid for the purposes of this agreement unless replaced or removed in
accordance with the procedures set forth below.

2. Obligation to Notify New Wallet Addresses: 2.1. Should either party intend to use a new wallet
address, they are required to notify the other party in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the
intended use. 2.2. Written notification must include full details of the new wallet address and any
relevant documentation proving its authenticity and ownership. 2.3. Upon written confirmation by the
receiving party, the new wallet address shall be deemed valid and included for all subsequent
transactions.

3. Transparency and Oversight: 3.1. Both parties agree to use only the wallet addresses included
under this agreement for all transactions stipulated herein. 3.2. Each party reserves the right to
monitor and audit wallet transactions for compliance with the terms of this agreement. 3.3. Any
unauthorized use of wallets not listed in this agreement will be considered a breach of contract and
subject to immediate remedies, including but not limited to financial penalties and termination of the
agreement.

4. Inclusion in Future Agreements: 4.1. This clause remains in full force and effect indefinitely and shall
apply automatically to all future agreements and transactions between the parties unless otherwise
agreed in writing. 4.2. The terms stipulated herein shall not be amended, modified, or terminated
without the express written consent of all parties to this agreement.

5. Binding Nature and Legal Framework: 5.1. This agreement is legally binding upon all parties, their
successors, and assigns, and is enforceable under English law. 5.2. No notarization is required for this
agreement to be valid. By executing this agreement, all parties agree under oath to its terms and
conditions. 5.3. The terms of this agreement shall be strictly adhered to, and any failure to comply
will result in enforcement as stipulated herein.

6. Total Contract Value and Test Tranche: 6.1. The total contract value, following the completion of
the initial test tranche of $1,000,000 (one million U.S. dollars), is set at $2,000,000,000 (two billion
U.S. dollars). 6.2. Subsequent tranches shall be executed in accordance with the agreed schedule and
terms outlined in this agreement. 6.3. All coins will be disbursed in USDT TRC20.

7. Governing Principles and Integration of Laws: 7.1. This agreement incorporates all applicable
laws under English jurisdiction and shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly. 7.2. Any disputes
arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of
the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or a mutually agreed forum. 7.3. All provisions of this
agreement shall be executed in good faith and in accordance with the intentions of the parties as
expressly set forth herein.

8. Entire Agreement: 8.1. This clause, along with all other provisions of this agreement, constitutes the
entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein. 8.2. Any prior
representations, statements, or agreements not expressly included in this document are deemed null
and void.
