Green for Clean

Implenting Units:

1.Leader(JIMMY):Jimmy will handles the program flow and the tasks of each member.
2. Sanitation Specialist (BRIX): Brix will give comprehensive understanding and useful
advice on maintaining hygienic conditions (such as clearing up garbage and sewage) in
communities.
3. Training and Development Coordinator (YRIAN,GABRIEL):For the purpose of
educating communities about cleaning, the team member will create interactive
seminars and teaching materials.

Project Duration:
The project is duration is over a period of 1 month, with specific activities and milestones
identified.

Length of Implementation:
The clean up drive will be implemented for two days for around 5-6 hours of community
work a day.

Objective of the Project:


The purpose of this Two days project is to spread awareness .Toward this end, the
following objectives are set:
1. To increase the awareness to the community about waste management.
2.To help clean our community and develop a good relation with the community and;
3.To support people in maintaining the cleanliness of our surrounding.

Project Description:
This project proposal aims to promote awareness by targeting the places that are full of
garbage and other things that can pollute the water that the people are using. In order to
help we decided to implement proper waste management and cleaning drainages that
may cause health condition to the residents there. The primary beneficiaries of this
project are the residents who are living near polluted areas and the people who are at
risk because of waste’s.

Background:
When we were thinking of a proposal that we can do in order to help and give back to
the community we thought of helping to clean the surrounding and provided help in other
ways if needed. With this we started to look into how we can give back to the
community and started to think of our objectives, budget, equipment and many other
things that are need.

Methodology:
Prepare all the materials needed for the clean up drive and properly inquire for a waiver
in order to implement the clean-up drive. Setting up all the supplies and waste
segregation bins will also be done.
Budget:
A detailed budget outlining the necessary resources, including personnel, training
materials, books,, and monitoring tools, will be developed during the project planning
phase. Funding for this project will be sought through sponsorship's

Supplies (Broom, Dustpan, Garbage bag and other


miscellaneous materials - P500-P1000

Demonstration/Instructional materials - P400

Other miscellaneous expenses (printing needs, etc) - P500

Total - P3000

Sustainability:
To ensure the sustainability of the project, efforts will be made to build local capacity
through training and knowledge transfer. Collaboration with local stakeholders, including
government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations, will be
sought to integrate the project into existing systems and secure long-term support for
early childhood literacy initiatives.
