1.4 Where can I submit documents which were pending during joining formalities?
Please provide all pending documents to [email protected]
2.2 How can I claim reimbursement incurred during my new hire relocation?
You can submit your eligible claims for reimbursement using the Concur tool along with a written
approval from the Recruitment team.
2.5 What are the different kinds of benefits provided as a part of new hire relocation at
EYGDS India?
Under relocation benefits, new hires are eligible for one-way travel, interim accommodation,
transportation of goods and vehicle. You can connect with your Recruitment SPOC on the various
benefits and eligibility.
2.7 In case I resign before completing twelve months EY GDS, will I have to repay the
relocation expenses?
A new hire who avails either or all the benefits mentioned in the policy is expected to serve EY GDS India
for a period of at least 12 months from their date of joining EY GDS India. If you choose to resign from EY
GDS India or is terminated by EY GDS India within the above-mentioned period, you will be obliged to
repay EY GDS India 100% (of the value) of all expenses borne by EY GDS India at the time of joining as per
new hire relocation policy.
2.8 If I am an outstation new hire, can I claim local conveyance from the hotel to office?
No, local conveyance to and from hotel and workplace is neither reimbursed nor payable by EY GDS India.
3 Offer Letter
3.1 If I don't get my offer letter, who can I reach out to?
You may reach out to your respective recruiter to get your offer letter.
4.2 From which id will the new hire get the background verification email?
You will get the background verification email from First advantage —
FADV([email protected]) or EY India ([email protected]) or Authbridge
([email protected]) vendor.
4.3 What is the cut-off date for new hires interview to submit online background
verification form?
For FADV (First Advantage) vendor: new hires will have to submit the relevant documentation within 9
working days from receiving the background verification email For EY India (BGV) Vendor: New hires will
have to submit the relevant documentation within 7 working days from receiving the background
verification email.
For Authbridge Vendor: New Hires will have to submit the relevant documentation within 21 days from
receiving the background verification email.
5 Salary/Payroll
5.1 When will I need to update my bank details in EY payroll employees Self-Service
portal (ESS)?
You will receive an email communication from payroll team between 20th to 23rd of the month post which
you must update all relevant bank details in EY portal.
6 Learning/SL Induction
6.6 I am unable to access SuccessFactors after 10 working days from my date of joining.
How do I reach out to them?
You may write an email to [email protected] or [email protected].
7.3 I have an existing ICICI bank account, how do I update my bank details?
a. Follow the guidelines in the available documents shared to convert your existing Savings AC from
ICICI bank account into a salary account.
b. Post 1st Salary credit from EY to ICICI Bank savings account, the new hires will have to convert from
savings account to salary account through I mobile App referring the user guide which was sent by
onboarding GDS India team or GDS India Non-PPEDD Onboarding Hub (ey.com).
7.4 How can I convert my HDFC account from savings to EY salary code?
a. You must send an email with below information to your respective EY work location bank
representative for them to update in their data base under EY salary code
i. GPN Number (optional)
ii. Employee Name
iii. Mobile Number
iv. Personal email id (To be use for bank related emails)
v. EY work location
vi. Requirement — New account or existing account mapping formalities
vii. In case of existing account mapping — Provide your account number and IFSC code
b. Note: If you haven’t received your official email ID yet, you may share the above
i. information from your personal email id
c. Those who has joined us on after payroll cut-off date (15th of Month) then they will receive an email from
payroll team between 20th to 23rd of following month to add the salary account on our payroll portal
7.6 Can I use an account in another bank instead of HDFC, HSBC and ICICI?
EY has partnered only with HDFC, ICICI & HSBC bank for salary accounts. Therefore, no other bank
accounts will be accepted for payroll formalities.
