A Not so Sugary
"Sugar Daddy"
1 . Sugar Daddy is your usual Milk-Tea Shop located at Obando Bulacan, near the
CSPB school. This store opened just recently and lots of people are getting attracted
to it not only because it's near a school, but also because of their great marketing
strategy of posting it on social media etc.
Me and my friends actually looked forward of trying this shop out and expected alot.

2 . Their spot is kind of risky as they have quite a few rival when it comes to
customers. They might try a few strategies such as having low prices but it's got to be
the taste that matters afterall.
As we started ordering the foods, there's already quite a long line and we don't think
we can get the foods right away.

3 . Upon entering the shop, you can already see the menu and i'm not gonna lie, the
prices of the beverages are so affordable as their main customers are the students
here.
We ordered the Hershey Flavored milk tea that costs 39 pesos and some iced coffee
that costs 49 pesos.

4 . Not everything is so great here though. The area is so small, so only about 5
people can dine in and wait for the beverages standing. But afterall, the place is
nice and well designed and i liked it especially their work area where i can see
them working or making their products.
They also have a music speaker so people can vibe with the music while waiting
for their foods and beverages

5 . This is .where the problem starts.
First of all, the waiting time is so long that we literally waited for 1 and a half hours
standing as there are no chairs available for so many people.
Secondly, the place is hot but i can't really blame them for it because it really is hot in
the philippines.
Last but not the least, I am gonna be brutally honest but, we are so disappointed
because the drinks tasted so bland and the beverages were served with ice but it's
somehow not enough to make the "iced" coffee cold. It ended up being bland while
also being lukewarm and the very long wait also didn't help it.
To be honest, i don't think i'll be coming back here again unless i need to.
Me and my friends are just beyond disappointed after going there.

6 . Just like the saying "everyone makes mistakes", i am gonna be understanding as


i don't think they have that much experience and it's also their first time running
such a shop.
To have less wait time like what happened this time, i think it will be up to their
experience to make orders efficiently and i also think this will take quite a time for
them to master.
Next is the lukewarm beverages problem, i think they should't rely on just ice
because the brewed tea and coffe is hot so the ice will just melt and get the
problem. They should find another way to cool the coffee/tea before serving it like
using dry ice or even using a special cooling machine so it'll be served cold.

7 . With everything that's said, i'll give Sugar Daddy a small one star for now
because there's just so much room for improvements and i am looking forward to
try and see the improvements of their shop in maybe like a few months from now
