Workshop Requirements/Instructions
1. Notebooks, pens, pencils, or any preferred digital note-taking devices to jot down important points, ideas, and insights
during the sessions.
2. In Some Workshops you are advised to bring your Laptops with Charges & a Power Extension Cable for better
expirence. We will make an effort to provide power sockets for charging; however, availability is not guaranteed.

3. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide WiFi access to participants due to technical and
administrative reasons.; however, we recommend bringing your own Wi-Fi hotspot. Therefore, it is the responsibility
of each participant to ensure their own internet connectivity as needed.

General Guidelines:
1. The workshop content is carefully designed to cater to both beginner and intermediate levels, with a primary focus on
students and individuals new to the subject matter. While the workshop is geared towards providing foundational and
intermediate knowledge, it remains open to all interested participants, including school and college students as well
as professionals from various fields. Our aim is to create an inclusive learning environment that supports a wide
range of skill levels and backgrounds.
2. The workshops are exclusively available to individuals who have successfully completed the registration and payment
process. While we warmly welcome parents, relatives, and friends to the IIT Delhi campus, we must inform you that
access to classroom areas is restricted to registered participants only
3. Even if you have completed payment for the workshops, please be aware that the organizers reserve the right to
admit or deny participation on certain criteria or regulations to ensure the event's integrity and success.
4. We encourage the use of public transportation to reach IIT Delhi, as it is well-connected by various modes, including
the Metro and buses. However, should you choose to arrive in your own vehicle, please note that parking is subject to
availability and cannot be guaranteed, due to the expected high attendance and limited parking spaces.
5. The workshop fees do not cover refreshments, lunch, or any food items due to certain technical and administrative
constraints. There are public canteens available within the IIT Delhi campus, accessible to all attendees; however, we
recommend that participants bring their own refreshments or packed lunch. The canteens are located approximately
0.5 km to 1.5 km from the workshop venue within the campus. A lunch break of one hour will be provided from 12:30
PM to 1:30 PM.
6. Certificates are usually distributed at the end of the workshop. If any participant has a scheduling conflict or requires
early issuance, please contact your workshop coordinator to request it in advance.
7. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule the program if necessary due to any technical or administrative
constraints. Participants will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner.
