1.5 meetings for every 100 calls!

Leave voicemail messages if there is a personal voicemail and not a

business voicemail

“Hey, (Prospect) this is (Your Name) at (YOUR COMPANY), give me a call back
when you have a minute”

** DO NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT DIGITAL MARKETING OR WHAT

YOU DO IN THE VOICEMAIL **

When they call back, go straight into the QUESTION ASKING SESSION.

Cold Call Script

Introduction

[Prospect]: Hello?

[Rep]: Hello {prospect name}, my name is _____ from [YOUR AGENCY].

(1.5 second pause)

How are you doing today?

I know I’m calling out of the blue, but I was doing some research on your website and there’s
two very specific things I wanted to talk to you about.

Highlight your most common points you typically bring up. It’s essentially a way to get
them interested.

Is now a good time to talk or are you free later today for 15 minutes?

Insert Question Number 2 Based on the Interest of the Customer. If the customer has a
lot of resistance, then say:

“Oh I’m sorry, is this now not a good time to call? I’m calling for a specific reason to see
if your website qualifies for our marketing program.”

If they are interested, jump into the QUESTION ASKING SESSION.

Question Asking Session Material

When they say yes, this is how you start:

Setting the Table

[Rep]: The reason for my call today is really just to offer something of value. We know how
difficult digital marketing can be and really our only hope is to help you see more success with
your marketing efforts. Whether that is through learning how to do the marketing on your own or
outsourcing your marketing efforts to our marketing agency.

When somebody asks you a question you do not know the answer too, say:

“That’s a great question. My job is to find the best companies to work with and relay my
findings to the team. I’d love to have you ask them that question. I wouldn’t want to give
you the wrong information.

I’m going to book a meeting now at this date and time to talk with them about that. If you
need to reschedule, just do it on the calendar invite.”

Next Steps

Based on what you have told me, it sounds like you would be a great fit for a discovery call with
our digital marketing strategist.

We offer this call for free and is a great way for you to determine what areas of marketing you
could be utilizing to help grow your business.

You see, before the phone call our digital marketing strategist will

- Run a few audits on your site.

- Do some research on your industry
- Looking into your competitors.

Then on the phone they will discuss your business more in depth and talk about possible
solutions that will help you to reach your business goals.

Does that sound like something you would be interested in?

You do not need to ask if they are interested if you already have an appointment with
them.

Great, I’m going to book you a meeting with our team at this DATE
and TIME. If you need to reschedule, you can click on the calendar
appointment and reschedule it at a time that works for you.
