 Admissions Policy of the Graduate School of Informatics

The field of study referred to as Informatics at the Graduate School of Informatics at Kyoto University
consists of areas related to information in natural, artificial, social and life-related systems. It can be
characterized by three pillars: the interface between humans/society and information, mathematical
modeling, and information systems. The aim of the Graduate School of Informatics is not confined to the
creation of new fields of study related to the three pillars. More broadly, we explore an understanding of
the essence of ‘information’ and the immense impact of information technology on society, and we pursue
advancement of information-related science and technology in the appropriate directions. According to the
goal of Kyoto University, we will contribute, from the perspective of Informatics, to establishing
harmonious coexistence within the global community.

We welcome a wide range of talented students who will understand the concepts of Informatics and will
study science and technologies of Informatics with passion, and will aspire to develop this new academic
area for the future. As long as they are proficient in their field of study or research, we hope to accept
students from diverse backgrounds related to Informatics-unfettered by the conventional framework of
sciences versus humanities-from Japan and from other countries. We also welcome working professionals
who have a passion for studying Informatics.

Specifically, we welcome students having outstanding skills in diverse backgrounds, strong desire to study,
strong interest in particular fields that comprise Informatics, and having excellent communication skills.
We also hope to attract post-graduate fellows who have cutting-edge knowledge of Informatics and
conduct research on science and technologies of Informatics, to advance to our Doctoral program.
 The Master’s Program in the Graduate School of Informatics (hereinafter referred to as “the School”)
constitutes the first two years of the Doctoral Program, as indicated in paragraph 4, article 4 of the Standards
for the Establishment of Graduate Schools. The International Programs is established in the Social Informatics
Course, which provide both lectures and research courses in English sufficient for completing the Master's
Program.

All times stated in the guidelines are in Japan Standard Time.

The Japanese version of the guidelines shall be the authoritative version, with the English translation provided
only as a reference.

Applicants who have already been accepted in the selection for the 2025 Master’s Program in the School are
not eligible to apply for admission via this process.

I. Number of Students to be Accepted for Admission

Social Informatics Course (International Program): a small number of students

II. Eligibility
Applicants who are residing outside of Japan (regardless of their nationality) at the time of the application
(this includes students who are expected to acquire this status at the time of admission) and who fall into one
of the following categories or who are expected to do so at the end of September 2025, will be eligible to
apply.
1. Applicants who have graduated from a Japanese university or the Professional and Vocational
University.
2. Applicants who have been awarded a bachelor's degree in accordance with the stipulation in paragraph
7, article 104 of the School Education Law of Japan (School Education Act, Act No. 26, year of 1947).
3. Applicants who have completed 16 years of school education in a foreign country (See note 1).
4. Applicants who have completed an equivalent of 16 years of foreign school education through distance
learning while residing in Japan (See note 1).
5. Applicants who have completed a foreign university (including a non-Japanese university equivalent to
a professional university, hereinafter the same in this paragraph) curriculum, through which the
applicant is certified as having completed 16 years of school education in the respective foreign
country, at an educational facility in Japan that has been accredited as having an approved curriculum
under the educational system of the respective foreign country and is so designated by the Minister of
Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "the Minister of
MEXT") (See note 1).
6. Applicants who have been awarded a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree by completing a three-
year or longer program at a foreign university or other foreign educational facility. The university or
educational facility must have been accredited by the respective foreign government or a person
certified by the appropriate foreign governmental agency, or have been so designated by the Minister of
MEXT. (This includes applicants who have completed an appropriate program offered by the respective
foreign educational facility through distance learning while residing in Japan, and applicants who have
completed an appropriate foreign educational program at an educational facility in Japan as specified in
the previous category.) (See note 1)
7. Applicants who have completed an advanced professional course at a higher vocational school
designated by the Minister of MEXT, on or after the date designated by the Minister of MEXT.
8. Applicants designated by the Minister of MEXT.
9. Applicants who have been enrolled in a Japanese university or the Professional and Vocational

 University for at least three years (including those specified by the Minister of MEXT as equivalent to
it under the provisions of Article 102, Paragraph 2 of the School Education Act.) and who are
recognized by the School as having acquired sufficient credits with an excellent academic record (See
notes 1 and 2).
10. Applicants who are recognized by the School as having a scholastic ability on par with or higher than
that of a university graduate or the Professional and Vocational University graduate as a result of an
individual screening of their Application Eligibility, and are at least 22 years old (See note 3).

Notes:
1) After the announcement, successful applicants will have their eligibility confirmed prior to admission
procedures. Applicants found to have falsified their submitted documents/materials will be deemed ineligible
and will have their acceptance revoked, even after the enrollment procedure has been completed.
2) For applicants falling into category 9 above, the admission decision will be made based on the application
materials (refer to IV. “Application Form and Supporting Materials”) and the results of an interview.
3) Applicants falling into category 10 above must undergo a Screening for Application Eligibility in advance
(refer to III.” Screening for Application Eligibility”). The School will not accept the application materials
stated in section IV. Application Form and Supporting Materials otherwise.

III. Screening for Application Eligibility (Applicants falling into eligibility category 10)
Prior to application for the entrance examinations, applicants should submit the documents below in person to
the Student Affairs Division of the School (1st floor, Research Bldg. No. 8) no later than 5:00 p.m. on
Monday, March 3, 2025, or send the documents by registered express mail, or another reliable carrier such as
the Letter Pack Plus, with “Application for Eligibility Screening; Admission to the Master's Program for
International Students (AO)” written in red on the envelope (in a “品名” box for the Letter Pack Plus).

All documents must be in English. Documents or certificates in any other language must be accompanied
with translations into English.

2. Certificate of Graduation (or Originally issued by the educational institution last attended and
Prospective Graduation) indicate the dates of enrollment and graduation (or prospective
graduation).

3. Transcript The transcript must be issued in a sealed envelope by the

educational institution last attended. A transcript which is not in an
envelope sealed by the applicant’s institution will not be accepted.

2. Screening procedure and schedule

1) The School examines the above documents. Applicants who have undergone an eligibility screening by
the School in the past and were certified as eligible only need to submit the Application Form (*1)
indicated above.
2) The School will send the results of the screening by post to applicants on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

IV. Application Procedure and Miscellaneous Details
To complete the application procedure, applicants must do the following: 1) submit an application through the
online system, and 2) pay the required application fee within the specified application period.

1. Submitting the application through the online system

1) Enter required information through the online system at the URL above.
2) Upload the following documents using the online system.

1. Transcript The transcript must be originally issued by the educational institution

where the applicant most recently attended.
2. Certificate of Graduation The certificate must be issued by the university you are/were enrolled in
(or Prospective Graduation) and indicate the enrollment and graduation dates (or prospective
graduation).
If the applicant is unable to obtain such a certificate from the university,
a letter from the applicant explaining the situation will be accepted.

* 3. Letters of Please arrange for a recommendation letter to be submitted on your

Recommendation behalf through the online application system by your current
supervising faculty or a faculty member who is familiar with your
research. The recommendation letter (no prescribed format) must be
uploaded by April 23. Therefore, it is recommended that you request
the letter well in advance of the due date.
4. Statement of Research Describe your research to date and research plan after entrance. There is
Progress and Research no prescribed format for this statement, two A4-sized pages or less,
Plan with the applicant’s name on the first page.
If the applicant has taken (or is taking) courses equivalent to graduation
research, the theme and description of such courses should also be
clearly indicated.
5. Photocopy of Passport Submit a photocopy of the page with a photograph of the applicant.

6. Evidence of English Please upload a copy of one of the following original test score

Notes:
1) Applicants who provide false information regarding their status and educational background in their
application may have their acceptance revoked even after their enrollment in the program.
2) At the time of enrollment, successful applicants must submit an original transcript and certificate of
graduation/completion from the last university they attended. Any tampering or falsification of
documents discovered during the submission process will result in the revocation of your admission

 offer and refusal of admission.
3) International students who receive an offer of admission must submit a “Residence Certificate” which
indicates both their resident status (College Student) and a period of stay or residence card upon
enrollment.
4) Note that if a recommendation letter is not uploaded by the application deadline, the application
process will not be completed even if the application fee has been paid.
5) Applicants expected to fall into eligibility category 2 of II, “Eligibility” above, must submit a
certificate (free format) to the effect that “the applicant is expected to be awarded a bachelor's degree;
in the event that a bachelor's degree is not awarded, this fact will be promptly notified to the School”.
6) Accepted applicants who are currently enrolled in another university or other Graduate School of
Kyoto University must submit a certificate of withdrawal (or completion of studies) from their
Graduate School at the time of enrollment into the School. Those who falsify their status when filing
applications may have their acceptance revoked even after the enrollment procedure has been
completed.

2. Payment of Application Fees

The application fee (10,000 yen) and handling fee (650 yen) must be paid via a credit card. Payment
instructions will be provided through the online instructions.

(e.g., applicant’s parents).)
- Convenience store (Only for applicants residing in Japan)
- Financial institution’s ATM (Only for applicants residing in Japan)

Payment period: Tuesday, April 1 – 5:00 pm, Thursday, April 24, 2025

* In case of accidentally making a duplicate payment or failing to complete the application process, you
may request a refund by contacting the Student Affairs Division of the Graduate School of Informatics.

3. Both web application and the application fee payment must be completed by 5:00 pm, Thursday, 24
April.

4. Once we receive your application, we may contact you to inquire about the content of the application
documents. Please note that once the application is accepted, no changes to the content of the
application documents can be made, and the application fees will not be refunded. Applications will be
considered to be completed with dispatch of examination vouchers by the School.

V. English Test Scores (TOEFL, TOEIC, and IELTS)

1. The applicant is responsible for taking all the necessary steps and paying any related costs for taking the
TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS test.
2. Submit a copy of one of the following original score records:
­ TOEFL (TOEFL iBT: Test Taker Score Report)
­ TOEIC Listening & Reading Test
­ IELTS
3. The School accepts only the score records of TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS test taken within two years prior
to the School’s application deadline. Note that we accept the TOEFL iBT® (Special) Home Edition, but
records of institutional testing programs (e.g., TOEFL® Essentials™, TOEFL ITP and College TOEIC) are

 not acceptable.
4. Applicants who have taken the TOEFL, TOEIC, and/or IELTS multiple times must submit the single
result of their choice for application.
5. Score conversions of different English tests (TOEFL, TOEIC and IELTS) are performed using the English
Proficiency Tests and Assessment Comparison Table by MEXT (「各資格・検定試験と CEFR との対照表（平
成 30 年 3 月）」), dated March 2018.
6. Applicants who have completed their education in English at a university but would find it difficult to
take the above English tests where they are located must submit a letter of explanation. There is no
prescribed format, but the letter must explain the reason a test cannot be taken, the course matter and
period of education in English, and any pertinent details.
7. Failure to submit a score record by the application deadline will result in the English test scores being
recorded as zero unless a letter of explanation has been submitted.
8. Applicants found to have falsified their TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS score record will be deemed ineligible
and will have their acceptance revoked, even after enrollment procedures have been completed.

VI. Downloading the examination voucher

Once your application has been accepted, you will be able to download the examination voucher on the web
application system during the following period. Be sure to check and download your examination voucher.

VII. Screening Procedure and Interviews
Selection of successful applicants is based on a review of their application documents (Transcripts; we will
calculate GPA based on the table and formula below. Letter of Recommendation, Statement of Personal
Objectives, etc.) Applicants may be asked to undergo interviews by electronic means (e-mail, online
conferencing system, etc.) after the above application deadline.

GPA Calculating formula:

GPA = Sum of (GP value for each registered course × Number of credits for each course)／(Total credits
earned for all registered courses)

 Subjects that have no credit value will be awarded one credit.

 Only grades of undergraduate degree programs are recognized in the above calculation of GPA. Grades
earned by an applicant as a research student or at a Japanese language school will not be included in the
calculation.
 Only earned credits will be counted/calculated to GPA
 If an applicant has transferred from one program to another, the credits earned after the transfer will be used
for the calculations. However, GPA will also be calculated using the credits earned in the institution prior to
the transfer, which will appear on the transcript indicating the period of study and the name of the institution
(s).
 Other grading methods (e.g., “passed” etc.) are not recognized for the above GPA calculation.
 GPA scores that contain fractions will be rounded to two decimal places.

VIII. Supplementary Information on Application Groups

Application Groups:
Because there is a capacity limit in each Application Group, applicants may not be able to enter the group
that is their first choice. Applicants must enter the groups in the order of their preference in each field on the
web application system. Applicants will be regarded as having no desire to join in any groups for which they
do not enter a preference.
Note: Application Groups marked with an asterisk (*) is not included in this registration; they may not be
selected as preferred groups.

Social Informatics Course
a. Interviews
In case interviews are given, they will be held between Monday, May 12 and Monday, May 19, 2025.
(The interview is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, 2025 at this point.). The concerned applicants will be
informed of the dates, times and formats separately by email.
Each examinee will be asked to explain in English the content of his/her Statement of Personal
Objectives and respond to questions.

IX. Announcement of Successful Applicants
The announcement of successful applicants will be posted at the time described below. The results can also
be viewed in the online system. Please note that we will not respond to inquiries made over the phone
inquiries.

Time and date: From 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025

Place: Bulletin board of the School office (1st floor, Research Bldg. No. 8)

Successful applicants are required to send the official certificate of graduation and transcript issued by the
university they graduated from. These documents must be received by the end of August 2025 using a
courier service such as EMS. If it is not possible to send the documents by the end of August, the applicant
must communicate this before the end of August.
The School will send the documents for the enrollment procedure to successful applicants by post in early
September 2025.

X. Admission Fee and Tuition

Admission Fee: 282,000 yen (tentative)
Annual Tuition: 535,800 yen (tentative)
Notes:
1) Japanese Government (MEXT*1) Scholarship Students are exempt from paying the admission fee
and tuition.

2) If the admission fee and tuition are revised after enrollment, the revised amount will be applied
from the time at which the revision comes into effect.

XI. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information, such as name, gender, date of birth, address, and performance evaluation, shall be
handled according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Institutions and the
Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Kyoto University. Such information acquired
through the application process will be used only for administrative purposes including:
1) entrance examinations
2) enrollment procedures, scholarship, etc.
3) administrative preparation for accepting students

広く受け入れます。さらに博士後期課程では、各自の専攻学術の基礎学力を背景に「広い
意味での情報学」の最先端の知見を熱意をもって学修しようとする意志と能力を提出され
た書類等によって評価し、今後の情報学の発展に寄与する学術の創生や技術開発の研究に
熱意をもって取り組む人材を受け入れます。
本研究科の修士課程は、大学院設置基準第４条第４項にいう博士課程の前期２年の課程である。
また、社会情報学コースには国際プログラムが設置されており、国際プログラムでは英語だけでの
修了が可能である。

募集要項に関しては和文で書かれた本募集要項が正規版であり、募集要項本文の英文版は参考資料
である。

本研究科の実施した２０２５年度修士課程学生募集において、すでに合格した者は、今回の募集に
出願する資格はないものとする。

Ⅰ．募 集 人 員
社会情報学コース 国際プログラム 若干名

Ⅱ．出 願 資 格
◎ 出願時に日本国外に居住している者（国籍は問わない）であって、次の各号のいずれかに該
当する者、あるいは、２０２５年９月末をもって、該当する見込みの者
１ 日本の大学又は専門職大学を卒業した者
２ 学校教育法（昭和 22 年法律第 26 号）第１０４条第７項の規定により学士の学位を授与され
た者
３ 外国において、学校教育における１６年の課程を修了した者（注１）
４ 外国の学校が行う通信教育における授業科目を我が国において履修することにより当該外国
の学校教育における１６年の課程を修了した者（注１）
５ 我が国において、外国の大学（専門職大学に相当する外国の大学を含む。以下この項におい
て同じ。）の課程（その修了者が当該外国の学校教育における１６年の課程を修了したとされ
るものに限る）を有するものとして当該外国の学校教育制度において位置付けられた教育施設
であって、文部科学大臣が指定するものの当該課程を修了した者（注１）
６ 外国の大学その他の外国の学校（その教育研究活動等の総合的な状況について、当該外国の
政府又は関係機関の認証を受けた者による評価を受けたもの又はこれに準ずるものとして文部
科学大臣が指定するものに限る。）において、修業年限が３年以上である課程を修了すること
（当該外国の学校が行う通信教育における授業科目を我が国において履修することにより当該
課程を修了すること及び当該外国の学校教育制度において位置付けられた教育施設であつて前
号の指定を受けたものにおいて課程を修了することを含む。）により、学士の学位に相当する
学位を授与された者（注１）
７ 文部科学大臣が指定する専修学校の専門課程を文部科学大臣が定める日以後に修了した者
８ 文部科学大臣の指定した者
９ 日本の大学又は専門職大学に３年以上在学した者（学校教育法第 102 条第 2 項の規定により、
これに準ずる者として文部科学大臣が定める者を含む。）であって、所定の単位を優れた成績
をもって修得したものと本研究科が認めた者（注１、注２）
１０ 本研究科において、個別の出願資格審査により、大学又は専門職大学を卒業した者と同等
以上の学力があると認めた者で、２２歳に達している者（注３）

注１．合格者については入学手続に先立って入学資格を別途確認するが、その際に提出書類等
に虚偽が判明した際は遡及して合格を取り消す。

 注２．出願資格９による者は、学力検査の際に、提出された書類と学力検査結果を総合して出
願資格審査も行なわれ、その結果は学力検査の結果と合わせて合格発表に含まれる。
注３．出願資格１０による者は、事前に出願資格審査を受けなければならない。（出願資格審
査の項参照）事前の出願資格審査を受けずに出願書類を提出しても受理しない。

Ⅲ．出 願 資 格 審 査（出願資格１０による出願該当者）
出願に先立ち資格審査を行うので、次の書類を、２０２５年３月３日（月）午後５時までに情
報学研究科事務室教務掛（総合研究８号館１階）に提出すること。送付する場合は、必ず書留速
達便・レターパックプラス等の安全な手段により、封筒の表に「ＡＯ入試出願資格認定申請」と
朱書（レターパックプラスの場合は「品名」に記載）すること。

２．審査方法及び日程
(１)出願資格の認定申請をした者には、書類審査を行う。
ただし、以前に本研究科の出願資格審査を受け、出願資格を有すると認定された者は、上記必
要書類の＊１の申請・調書のみ提出すれば十分である。
(２)資格審査の結果は、２０２５年３月１２日（水）に申請者あてに郵送により通知する。

Ⅳ．出願手続き及び注意事項
出願手続は、出願期間内に「WEB 出願システムでの出願登録」及び、「入学検定料納入」を
することにより完了となる。

１．WEB 出願システムでの出願登録

①上記 URL の WEB 出願システムのページに必要事項を入力すること。
②上記のシステムにおいて下記の書類をアップロードすること。

2 卒 業 証 明 書 出身・在学大学が作成したもの。卒業見込者で証明書が発行され
又 は 卒 業 見 込 証 明 書 ない場合は、本人がその旨を記載した説明書をもって代えること
ができる。
3 推 薦 書 現在の指導教員または本人の研究内容をよく知る大学教員に対
し、出願システムを通して作成を依頼する。なお、推薦者の推薦
書のアップロード期日は 4 月 23 日であり、予め依頼することが望
ましい。

 4 研 究 経 過 報 告 ・ これまでの研究内容と入学後の研究計画案について A４判２ペー
研 究 計 画 書 ジ以下にまとめたもの。冒頭に出願者名を記入し、卒業研究に相
当する科目を履修した場合（履修中も含む）は、当該科目のテー
マと内容も明記すること。（様式随意）
5 パスポートコピー 外国人留学生のみ、顔写真のあるページのコピーを提出すること。

/ I E L T S ス コ ア 票 写し、TOEIC 個人用公式認定書（Official Score Certificate）の写し、
または IELTS の公式成績証明書（Test Report Form）の写し。
（詳細は、V．TOEFL／TOEIC／IELTS テスト受験に関する注意
事項に従うこと。）
（注 1）現在の身分及び学歴等を偽って出願した場合は、入学後であっても、過去に遡って合格を取り消す。
（注 2）本学への入学に際して、卒業証明書及び成績証明書の原本の提出を求める。WEB 出願システムにより提出
したものに改ざん等の不正が認められる場合は、合格を取り消し、入学を認めない。
（注３）合格者の内、外国人留学生は、本学への入学に際して在留資格（留学）および在留期間の記載された住民
票または在留カード（写）の提出が必要である。
（注４）期日までに推薦書がアップロードされない場合は、入学検定料を納入していても出願手続きが完了しない
ので、注意すること。
（注５）Ⅱ．出願資格２の見込みの者は、上記書類のほか「学士の学位授与申請予定である旨の証明書」（様式随
意：学位が得られないこととなった場合は、速やかに通知する旨の記載のあるもの）を提出すること。
（注６）他大学大学院及び本学他研究科の在学生で合格した場合は、入学手続時に退学（または修了）証明書の提
出が必要である。
現在の身分を偽って出願した場合は、入学後であっても、過去に遡って合格を取り消すことがある。

２．入学検定料納入
入学検定料（10,000 円）＋ 手数料（650 円）は WEB 出願の際に画面に表示される指示に従
い以下のいずれかの方法を選択のうえ支払うこと。
・クレジットカード（出願者本人名義ではないクレジットカード支払いも可能）
・コンビニエンスストア（日本国内から出願する場合のみ）
・金融機関ＡＴＭ（日本国内から出願する場合のみ）
・ネットバンキング（日本国内から出願する場合のみ）
【納入期間：２０２５年４月１日（火）～４月２４日（木）午後５時まで】

※誤って二重に納付した場合または出願手続きが完了できなかった場合には、情報学研究科教
務掛への申し出により、返還を行うことがある。

３．WEB 出願の登録と入学検定料納入をともに４月２４日（木）午後５時までに完了しなければ
ならない。

４．出願の受理に際して、出願登録内容について照会することがある。出願受理後は、出願事項
の変更は認めず、入学検定料の払い戻しには応じない。出願受理は受験票の発行をもって受理
通知に代える。

Ⅴ．TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS テスト受験に関する注意事項
１．各自で TOEFL テスト、TOEIC Listening & Reading テストまたは IELTS テストの申込手続き
を行い、受験すること。TOEFL、TOEIC､および IELTS テストの受験に必要な費用は各自で負
担すること。

２．TOEFL（TOEFL iBT）の受験者用控えスコア票（Test Taker Score Report）の写し、TOEIC Listening
&Reading Test の個人用公式認定書（Official Score Certificate）の写し、または IELTS の成績証明
書（Test Report Form）の写しを出願時に提出すること。
３．出願締切日の２年前以降に受験した TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS テストのスコア票に限り提出が可
能である。自宅受験「TOEFL iBT® Home Edition」（「TOEFL iBT® Special Home Edition」を含
む）のスコア票は受け付けるが、TOEFL Essentials テスト、団体試験用の TOEFL ITP のスコア
票やカレッジ TOEIC 等の団体特別受験制度（IP テスト）は受け付けない。
４．TOEFL､TOEIC､IELTS を合わせて複数回受験している場合、そのうちいずれか１つのスコア
票を提出すること。
５．異なる英語テスト（TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS）のスコアの換算は、文部科学省作成「各資格・検
定試験と CEFR との対照表（平成 30 年 3 月）」に基づいて行う。
６． 大学において英語のみによる教育を受けた者のうち TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS 受験が困難な国ま
たは地域の者は、スコア票等の提出の代わりに、TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS 受験が困難な理由、英語
による教育を受けた期間およびその内容等を英語で記した理由書を提出すること。
７．６に記載の理由書を提出した者を除き、出願時に受験者用控えスコア票等の原本の提出が間
に合わない場合は、英語の成績は０点として扱う。
８．TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS スコア票について、不正が判明した場合は失格とし、入学後であっても、
過去に遡って合格を取り消す。

Ⅵ.受験票のダウンロード
出願受理されたものは、WEB 出願システム上で下記の期間に受験票のダウンロードが可能
になるので、確認し、ダウンロードしておくこと。

Ⅶ．入学者選抜方法及び学力検査日程
入学者の選抜は、出願書類｛成績証明書（GPA を以下の算出方法により求める）、推薦書、志
望説明書等｝の内容により行う。ただし、当該コースが、出願書類受付締め切り日以降に電子媒
体（電子メール、インターネット会議システムなど）によりインタビューを行うことがある。

【GPA の算出方法】
GPA は以下の方法により算出する。

GPA の計算式
GPA＝ （各履修登録科目の GP 値×当該科目の単位数）の総和／履修登録科目の総単位数
・履修した授業について単位制をとらない場合は、単位数を１に置き換えて算出する。
・GPA 算出には学部課程の成績のみを用い、研究生や日本語学校などの成績を含めない。
・GPA は既修得の単位のみ対象とする。
・ 編入学している場合は、編入学後の単位数を対象とする。
ただし、編入学前の成績評価（現大学の直前に在学していた学校における成績）についても同様に GPA を
算出し、その在学期間及び学校種を併せて記載する。
・上表の成績評価にない評価（例えば、「認定」、「合格」など）は対象としない。
・GPA に端数が出る場合は、小数点以下の第３位を四捨五入する。

Ⅷ．コース志望区分及び試験科目についての補足
１．志望区分及び試験科目についての補足は次頁に記載。
２．志望区分について
志望区分には、それぞれ収容定員があり、第一志望どおりに配属し得ない場合もあるので、
志望区分の順位を申告すること。（WEB 出願システムで志望順に志望区分を選択すること）
なお、選択していない区分には配属の意思がないものとみなされる。

インタビューを実施する場合は５月１２日（月）から５月１９日（月）までの間に行う（現時
点では、５月１７日（土）を実施予定日としている）。該当者には日時およびインタビュー方
