As a Product Manager at Starfish Growth Partners, you will play a pivotal role in developing and shaping
innovative SaaS products. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal teams,
conceptualizing new product propositions, and ensuring seamless product delivery. You will be
responsible for understanding and communicating issues effectively, driving project progress, and
enhancing product usability. Additionally, you will contribute to product development strategies and
engage in cross-functional coordination to improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● SaaS Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of SaaS products and their
market dynamics.
● Product Proposition: Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Pricing, Products, Compliance,
Technology) to conceptualize and create new product propositions for clients.
● Issue Communication: Effectively communicate issues to both internal and external
stakeholders, advocating for prompt decision-making.
● Project Management: Work with project teams to manage end-to-end product/feature creation
and delivery, taking ownership of project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
● Competitive Analysis: Monitor competition offerings and changing customer needs to generate
new ideas for product and process development.
● Product Development Strategy: Ideate with cross-functional teams to create and implement
new product development strategies, enhancing product reach and customer onboarding.
● Usability Improvement: Identify, prioritize, and deliver product/journey improvements to
enhance usability and customer experience.
● Product Expertise: Understand customer segmentations, product structuring, pricing, and
regulations, overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage effectively with various internal teams to ensure
coordination and successful project execution.
● Technical Understanding: Possess knowledge of APIs, web services, and tech platforms, with a
preference for experience in these areas.
● Problem Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in ambiguous
environments.
● Communication Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in written, presentation, and public speaking
skills.
Educational Qualifications/Experience:
● A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology disciplines and an MBA from a
renowned institute with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
