1.

Explain in your own words what a technophile is and

what a technophobe is. Which are you? Are you
passionate about technology or afraid of work?
I am a technophile ( thách nô phai ồ), because technology supports a lot in
my life. For example, I can use my phone for entertainment such as listening
to music and watching movies after tiring hours of studying. Moreover it
makes my learning easier and more convenient. I can be used to search for
information, and knowledge, and look up dictionary. Additionally, advances
( ợt vén xịt in mé đi khồ ) in medical technology have improved healthcare
outcomes ( ( heo khe). I believe that technology will positively (pót xịt tiu ly)
impact our lives.

2. Which do people of your generation tend to be?

People of my generation are technophiles ( thách nô phai ồ) because the

world is currently very developed, so technology is evolving. From
smartphones and social media to online education and remote work,
technology has become part of the way we communicate, learn and work.
Moreover, the advent and innovation of technological devices ( thách nò ló gi
cồ) has made people excited. I believe that technology will positively impact
our lives.

3. What do you use the Internet for ?

Mainly, I use the internet to communicate and keep in touch with people
through social networks such as calling and texting. In addition, I often use it
to make my learning easier and more convenient. I can be used to search for
information, knowledge, and look up dictionaries. Moreover, it is also used for
entertainment such as listening to music, watching movies, and playing
games after tiring hours of study. In conclusion, the Internet is an
indispensable tool ( in đì pén sơ bồ tun) that supports my communication,
education, entertainment, shopping, and information needs.

4. Does everyone have access to the Internet in your

country?
Yes, they do
the majority ( may chó ri ty) of people in my country have internet access.
Technology is increasingly ( in rí sin ly) developing so everyone from children
to adults, from rural areas to cities can easily access the internet. However,
in big cities, there is often more widespread ( quai bợt) Internet connection
than in remote rural areas ( rớ rồ é ri ợt) such as highlands and mountains
( mao thần). Because the infrastructure ( in phợt trác chờ) here is
underdeveloped and the internet costs are high, it is difficult to access. But
the government is trying to expand the internet network everywhere so that
people can easily use the internet.

5. Do you think older people are scared of new

technology?

No, I don't

I think older ( âu đờ) people are not scared of new technology because the
world is currently very developed, so technology is evolving. ( today the
country is developed and the internet is widely used) . MOst older people can
also easily use new technology such as phones and laptops. They can use it
for entertaiment such as watch movies or listen to thê radio. However, there
are still some older people who do not want to spend time learning new
technology, but that is because they don’t understand the benefits of
technology to make life more convenient.

6. Do you think young children should have mobile

phones?
Yes

I think young children should have cell phones. Cell phones help children
stay in touch with their parents. If there is an emergency, children can call
for help quickly. Additionally, phone use can teach children how to use
technology responsibly. Besides, children should spend time outdoors playing
and exploring. In short, it is important for parents to set rules and monitor
their children's phone use to ensure safety.

No, I think young children should not have mobie phones. Because mobie
phones can delay children's learning, play, and sleep. Children may spend
too much time on games or social media. There are also many online
dangers ( đén rợt) that young children do not understand. Instead ( in tợt),
children should spend more time studying, playing outside, and chatting
face-to-face with friends. Parents can use phones without internet to contact
their children if needed. This way, children can stay safe ( sép) and focus on
important things like studying.
