** Variable Pay (VP) is based on your performance assessed against your KRAs and will be paid according
to the company policy. To receive the VP, you should be on rolls of the company and should have not
resigned at the time of the disbursement.

***Insurance – You are entitled for Group Mediclaim Insurance which covers self, spouse and up to 2
children with a floating coverage of 3 lacs, Group Personal Accident (GPA) coverage of 5 lacs and Term
Life insurance as per company policy.
