the tablet and syrup, go to patient.
2. Let patient take the tablet, open medicine
and place on patient’s hands, offer water to
drink.
3. Proceed to syrup, pour syrup medication to
medicine cup (5 ml) at eye level. Let patient
drink and offer water.
