ROUTES AS FOLLOWS: -

Day 01: Haridwar – Barkot (205 Km: 8 Hrs)

This morning depart for Barkot, located on the foot of Yamunotri. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to
your hotel/camp. Rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hiII) Yatra of
Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

Note – Tourists coming down from other cities to reach Haridwar latest by 07:00 hrs
Haridwar: Vehicle leaves from Pick up point: 08:00 hrs

Day 02: Barkot/Kharsali – Yamunotri (45 Km: 2 Hrs + 5 Km Start Trek/5 Km Start Trek) –
Barkot/Kharsali (5 Km Start Trek + 45 Km: 2 Hrs)
After breakfast/packed breakfast, depart at 5/6am for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janki Chatti (5 km).
Here you will begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri (5 Km trek). You can hire a Doli or a horse,
for your trek (Cost Not Included). The trek passes through lush green valley, a profusion of conifers,
rhododendrons, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs.

Yamunotri (altitude 3,291 m), the western most shrine of the Char Dhams, is dominated by
Banderpunch (6,361 m).

Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna, the twin sister of Varna, the Lord of Death. Yamuna is
also the daughter of Surya the Sun. The actual source of the river originates from Champasar Glacier
1 km a head of the shrine, at an altitude of 4,321 mts. On arrival by afternoon in Yamunotri take

holy dip in Yamuna River and perform Pooja, and take the same route back to Barkot, check in at
Hotel / Camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

Day 03: Barkot – Uttarkashi (85 Km: 3 Hrs)

After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in into the
hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical
monuments, Temples & Ashrams. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 04: Uttarkashi – Ganganani- Gangotri (97KMS /4 HRS) – Uttarkashi (97KMS / 3 To 4

HRS)
Early After breakfast/packed breakfast and drive to Gangotri. Nestled in the magnificent Garhwal
Himalayas, Gangotri is set at an altitude of 3048 mts. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the
sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin Visit the Gangotri Temple. The 18th
century's temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi
worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an
exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive
back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 05: Uttarkashi – Sitapur. (203 Kms/ 9Hr)

After early morning breakfast check out from the hotel and drive for Sitapur. Dinner and Overnight
stay in Guptkashi hotel/Camps.

Day 06: Sitapur – Sonprayag – Kedarnath (30 Km + 20 Km Trek))

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From where, you
will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not
Included). Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges originates at Kedarnath and flows
through Gaurikund. Trudging with you are pilgrims chanting "Jai Bholenath." Sometimes the mist
would envelop the mountains and slowly lift away, revealing a shiny blinding-white peak that
threatens to rupture the skies.

On arrival check in at Govt. Camps/Lodges. Dinner and Overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges (only
basic accommodation is available on sharing basis with only room basis, you can take meal
directly).

Day 07: Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi (20 Km Trek + 30 Km Drive)

Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for
the 'Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can
also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After darshan and puja you come out of the
temple and return to the Govt. Camps / Lodges. Later you'll start the return trek of 20 km from
Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you’ll drive to
your hotel/Camps. Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi.

Day 08: Guptkashi – Joshimath – Govind Ghat (180 Km: 6 To 7 Hrs)

This morning, you check out of the hotel and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. After driving through
some wonderful Ghat road you arrive at GovindGhat. On arrival check into the hotel. Dinner and
Overnight stay at hotel

Day 09: GovindGhat-Badrinath (24 Km: 1 Hrs)
Early morning after breakfast drive to Badrinath for Darshan. First you have to go to Tapt Kund
(Hot Spring), take bath and then go to the temple. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple of Shri
Badrinath Ji is 15 meters in height, built in the form of a cone with a small cupola of a gilt bull and
spire. Afternoon proceed for Badrinath local sightseeing visit Mana Village and Bheem Pul. Evening
driver back to Govind Ghat. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel

Day 10: Govindghat/Rudraprayag/Srinagar – Rishikesh-Haridwar (290 Km: 9 To 10 Hrs)

Early morning, after breakfast, you drive downhill to Rishikesh a spiritual city and the Yoga capital
of the world. Enroot visit Rudraprayag , Karanprayag. Rudraprayag is a small pilgrim town on the
holy confluence of river Alaknanda and Mandakini. On reaching Rishikesh visit Ram Jhula and
Laxman Jhula and you are on your last lap of this Chardham Yatra journey. Drive back to Haridwar.
On reaching Haridwar transfer to Railway Station.

Note – Tourists book there return Train Haridwar latest by 18:00 hrs.

Being a group tour package, the departures will be operated on meeting the minimum operating
strength of 10 passengers. Otherwise, passengers will be given an option of shifting to (Sedan-
4pax / SUV Car-6pax) or another operating departure or continue on the same departure by paying
the private vehicle supplement as applicable.

• This holy journey to shrines of Uttarakhand involves road-journey for several hours each day,
stay in hotels or tents which are basic at times and the journey is in higher altitude. Travellers need to be
physically fit and openness to stay in basic accommodations and have basic veg meals. We do not
recommend this tour for physically challenged persons, or persons suffering from heart / lung ailments
and other conditions putting them in stress while on tour.
• Uttrakhand area are the difficult to survive areas dues to weather and geographical conditions.
• People visiting these areas during Yatra time will obey and follow the safety and cultural
guidelines
• Basic Veg food is available in the areas at small Dhabas/Restaurants/Food stalls.
• Bottled Mineral water is available to purchase from local shops.
• Milk, Milk products are not so easily available as they are imported from nearby cities in Tetra
Pack fillings.
• Hotels, Rates, facilities, safety are approved by the Uttrakhand Government so we as a company
doesn’t have any role in that.
• We use the properties as per the prices and location offered to us from Hotel ends.
• The prices and category are differentiated as per the service and prices, not as per star category.
• Due to peak time small hotels offers higher rates so we are bound to use that to make avail
room reservation for our guest.
• Deluxe Hotels means Standard decent Hotels not having any star category.

• Super Deluxe means a category above than Deluxe with Hot and Cold waters and Room
heaters/AC included some place only.
• Luxury means the best available and high most property as per the location.
• No hotels/camps have fascinating reception area, restaurants, lifts, satellite TV as they are build
as per local Government guidelines.
• DUE TO HEAVY TRAFFIC CONDITIONS, OUR BUSES ARE NOW NOT ALLOWED TO LOCAL PLACES
I.E.FROM KEDARNATH BASE POINT RAMPUR / SITAPUR & HARIDWAR, RISHIKESH. PILGRIMS ARE
ADVISED TO TAKE THE ASSISTANCE OF THEIR "DRIVER" FOR THE LOCAL TRANSFERS BY JEEP/AUTOS TO
HELIPAD / PONY STAND ETC.ON A DIRECT PAYMENT BASIS.

Badrinath is a very small place with very few hotels. The number of hotels are not increasing due to ban
on construction by the local Government. Demand for accommodation is much more than the supply. In
case accommodation is not available at Badrinath, We may Provide accommodation at
Pipalkoti/Joshimath/Pandukeshwar/Govind Ghat.

• For Groups its recommended to keep and walk all together so that they can help each other and
always arrive and depart at same time to avoid any delay for pickup.
• Vehicle provided will be for 01 Pickup and 01 Drop beyond that if anyone is arriving late or
departing late extra pickup and drop will be chargeable or client can opt for local cab, Jeep, Local bus for
their transfers on direct payment basis.
• Hotels, Room category can change prior to your notice as per availability, traffic conditions,
weather conditions, Sewage, Water problems, Electricity breakdown.
• Management reserves the right to alter the sightseeing’s, hotels, rooms as per availability and
guidelines from the local governing body.
• Helicopter tickets once booked through us when cancelled by Aviation will be only entitled to
refund of INR 5500 per person and rest Convenience fees will be Non Refundable.
• In case of Group bookings and departure if the seating capacity is less than 70% then we will
shift the transport to small cars (Sedan or Innova) as per the group strength. If there will any transport
price difference then it will be payable by each persons equally at the time of departure.
• No refund or adjustment will be made for any missed meals
• Hotel have time limit for the Breakfast and Dinner which we cannot alter at any cost if client
departs early morning or arrive late at Night.

Terms & Conditions

 Bookings to be Done Minimum 01 Week Prior to Date of Travel.

 Compulsory Health Certificate needs to be filled & needs to be carried along with the Guest.
 All tours are subject to terms and conditions mentioned as per above Guidelines.
 Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & NRI holding Indian Resident Permit.
 If due to bad weather or any Technical Problems that Cause Delays or Postponement that Entire.
Extra Night Stay and Additional Meals and Transfers will be Charged Extra Directly to Clients.
 Only up to 05Kg total Luggage is allowed in the Helicopter along with the person who is
travelling.
 Helicopter Ride is on First come First serve basis & pre booking or advance booking doesn’t give
you the first preference for Ride.
 Fixed - Breakfast & Dinner will be served at the Hotel/ Camp. All meals will be basic veg menu.
 This package rate not valid for Foreigner / NRI / VIP / NRI / Politician.

CANCELLATIONS

 The following cancellation charges will apply:

 More than 7 weeks before arrival - 25%
 Between 45– 25 days before departure - 50%
 24 days or less before arrival - 100%
 Fixed departure service charge Rs. 2000 per person nonrefundable.
 Postponement of date will be treated as cancellation and will be subject to availability.
 On cancellation of any package or hotel reservation, booking payment will not be refundable or
transferable on any ground.
 Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and
circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of
the itinerary for safety and well-being of our esteemed guests.

please be informed that it may be difficult at times to get the connection. If any urgent messages have
to be sent to any of the participants, then please contact us at Haridwar numbers.

Responsibility:- All arrangements within Chardham Yatra, reserves the right to change itineraries
without prior notice, depending on the weather and road condition. Please start to get in shape NOW!!!
A good 15 minutes’ walk, jogging daily, stretching and regular exercise should put you in the right shape
(Concentrate on your heart & legs - Aerobics). Porters will be carrying the bulk of your equipment, but it
is recommended that you bring a good day pack and are fit enough to carry snacks, filled water
bottle/small scissors and knife, waterproof matches, safety pins, Thermometer, Lighter, Dehydration
salt (electoral) packets, Neoprene Powder and cream. Heat balm for muscles/joints, Vicks
inhaler/vaporub, Chopsticks. Dry Fruits/snacks, camera, Film, Map, Jumper, Sun Hat, First Aid Kit, Light
weight Rain Gear, Extra Cloth etc.

Altitude Sickness: This is an environment related condition that can effect anyone who ascends too
rapidly to high elevations without acclimatizing properly. Suggested to read any book on trekking, which
has a chapter on this, and also consult your doctor.

Anti - Inflammatory: Avil, Brufen or Mortin. Aspirin / Tylenol or general painkillers. Strong sunscreen
oil, skin antibiotic cream/ Antifungal Ointment Lozenges/Strepsils (plenty).

Insurance: We recommend that you insure yourself against sickness, EMERGENCY RESCUE, accident
hospitalization, etc.. We are not liable and responsible for any damages or extra expenses that may arise
from mishaps and the loss of their belongings during the pilgrimage.

Clothing’s: Clothing’s for both extremes of climate and temperature. While driving to Chardham Yatra, it
will be warm inside the vehicle and light clothing will be required, but as soon as you step out of the
vehicle, warm clothing will be required to keep off the cold winds of the Himalayas. Evening will be
generally cold and warm clothing will be required We recommend that you bring along the following
clothing’s and accessories with you:
Down Jacket - one / Warm thick pullover – One / Warm thin pullover – One / Warm pants – Two Light
loose cotton pants – Two / Warm windproof jacket – One / Cotton full sleeve TShirts – Four / Thermal
under pants long – Two / Thermal vest / warm full T-Shirts – Two / Rain coat with hood / Poncho (should
be roomy) – One / "Broken - in" pair of ankle high walking boots & one extra shoe laces / Light tennis
shoes & light rubber sandal / Warm woolen socks-4 / Large cotton or silk scarf-One / Warm Gloves /
Towels (one big, one small) / Monkey cap and Sun heat - one each, Soft paper tissue and handkerchiefs -
Plenty Washing kit.
