Integrated Balconies with Hydroponics

Social Interaction
Shared visual and functional connections between units
while respecting privacy.

Well-being
Green spaces improve air quality, reduce stress, and enhance
the overall living environment.

Sustainability
Hydroponics supports eco-friendly living and reduces
reliance on external food sources.

The design centers around integrated balconies that seamlessly

connect all residential units, fostering a sense of community
while maintaining individual privacy. Each balcony becomes an
extension of the living space, blending into the unit’s design and
creating a shared yet personal experience.

Hydroponics plays a pivotal role, transforming the balconies into

productive green spaces. This sustainable system not only enhances
aesthetics but also encourages residents to engage in urban farming,
producing fresh vegetables and herbs with minimal water and space.

The design centers evolved through different stages as to

maximum people to interact together within their units like
a friendly neighbourhood. The floors have been shifted by 2m
from each side creating connections with 3 floor inmates
