SCREW FEEDER

ADS-UF
The model as modell ADS-UF is a Screw
Feeder being together with a hand-held
Screwdriver to insert screws into wood,
plastics or metal.
The model ADS-UF is furthermore used
in connection with Peumatic Control
ADS-1600RD and a stationary Screw-
driver Advancing Unit [ADS-
2069RD(K), ADS-2355RD(K) or ADS-
2070RD(K)] for installation in
customized units.

Head diameter 5,0 - 10,0 mm

shaft diameter 2,4 - 5,0 mm
length 10 - 55 mm
(min. length = 1,5 x head diameter)
spezial dimensions on request
Scews with head diameter 10,0 mm resp.
shaft diameter 5,0 mm can only be
processed in connection with a handheld
Screwdriver.
- Automatic start of the hopper movement when operating.
- Feed capacity 30 to 80 screws per minute depending on dimension of screw.
- Air supply of the hand-held Screwdriver resp. the Pneumatic Control with Screwdriver Advancing
Unit is integrated in the Screw Feeder.
- The machine must not be installed in rooms with explosive atmosphere.
Special Version:
- Only possible in connection with a hand-held Screwdriver or the Screwdriver Advancing Unit ADS-
2355RD(K): By selector switch the Screwdriver can be changed from operating with friction clutch to
automatic depth df drive control.
- Only possible in connection with hand-held Screwdriver in grip version or stationary Screwdriver
Advancing Unit: Due to changed separation process it is possible to feed the screw directly before the
screwdriving operation and to retain it in the nosepiece by the air jet (for operations with Screwdriver
raised upward).
Special Equipment:
- Screw Distributor (ADS-2280RD) for one stationary Screwdriver Advancing Unit to be supplied by two
Screw Feeders ADS-UF with screws of different length.
