My favorite place of interest is the Provincial Square. It's a very spacious playground with lots of
green trees and shade. There are also some exercise equipment available. It's about 500 meters
from my house. I usually walk there in the cool afternoons to exercise, breathe in fresh air, and
relax after a busy day of studying.

In my city, some of the most common problems are traffic jams, air pollution, and garbage.

Traffic jams make it hard for people to get to work or school on time. It wastes a lot of time and
causes stress.
+ Do you think air pollution is a big problem in the city? Why or why not?
Yes, air pollution is a big problem. The smoke from cars and factories makes the air dirty, and it’s
bad for people’s health, especially for kids and older people.
+ What can people do to reduce traffic jams?
To reduce traffic jams, we can make public transport better, build more bike lanes, and encourage
people to use fewer cars.
+ What are some ways to make the city cleaner and less polluted?
To make the city cleaner, we could recycle more, reduce plastic use, and plant more trees. People
can also avoid throwing trash on the streets and use eco-friendly products.

To have a well-balanced life, I manage my time by making a schedule and setting priorities for
study, rest, and fun.

Spending time with friends and family is also important. I plan regular get-togethers like dinners
or outings to stay connected.
+ How can you avoid stress and anxiety?
To avoid stress, I try to relax by taking breaks and doing things I enjoy, like walking or reading.

To stay healthy, I eat well, exercise, and sleep enough. Drinking plenty of water is also important.
