Here are a few coffee recipes you can try:

1. Classic Espresso

Ingredients:

Freshly ground espresso coffee beans

Water

Instructions:

1. Preheat your espresso machine.

2. Place 18–20 grams of finely ground coffee into the portafilter.

3. Tamp the coffee evenly.

4. Brew for around 25-30 seconds.

5. Serve in a small espresso cup.

2. Cappuccino

Ingredients:

1 shot of espresso

8 oz of milk

Milk foam (for topping)

Instructions:

1. Brew one shot of espresso.


2. Steam milk using a milk frother until it’s hot and foamy.

3. Pour the steamed milk into the espresso shot, filling the cup.

4. Top with a thick layer of milk foam.

3. Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

1 cup brewed coffee (preferably strong or double strength)

Ice

Milk or cream (optional)

Sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. Brew your coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

2. Fill a glass with ice.

3. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.

4. Add milk or cream, and sweetener to taste.

4. Latte

Ingredients:

1 shot of espresso
8 oz of steamed milk

A little foam (for topping)

Instructions:

1. Brew the espresso shot.

2. Steam the milk until hot and creamy.

3. Pour the steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a
spoon.

4. Top with a little milk foam for a creamy finish.

5. Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients:

Coarsely ground coffee

Cold water

Instructions:

1. Combine 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water in a jar
or pitcher.

2. Stir to ensure the coffee is evenly mixed.

3. Let it steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

4. Strain the coffee through a coffee filter or cheesecloth.


5. Serve over ice and add milk or sweetener if desired.
