“Rabii Ti Agtutubo”
Junel: Good evening everyone! It’s fantastic to see so many young and vibrant
faces tonight. I see different visage of joy and gratefulness. I feel a youthful evening
this very moment.
Lolit: I feel the same Sir Junel. Good evening faithful and loving parishioners of this
community. Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for an evening filled with energy,
inspiration, and fun. Whether we are regular attendees, or first-time witnesses of
this future history, we offer you another unforgettable experience.
Junel: This is the 3rd Saturday of the BAGAS Festival commemorating the feast of St.
Padre Pio. So, let’s kick things off with a big round of applause for ourselves, these
incredible agtutubo and the awesome Rabii ahead!
Lolit: Without further ado, let us listen to Rev. Jesley Lagua as he opens this event
with his words of welcome.
Junel: Thank you, Reverend. This time, let us meet the tonight’s magistrates of
talents. We call on stage Miss Madonna Luis to introduce them.
Lolit: There we have them friends! To present the guidelines, criteria, and the order
of performances, let us welcome Mr. Billy D. Ancheta.
Junel: Thank you Sir Billy. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to witness the incredible
talents on this stage tonight. Our performers are nothing short of amazing. Please
welcome our performers for the elementary category, with a resounding applause.
Let’s call on performers number 1…9.
Lolit: Those were such amazing gifts! Thank you, performers, parents and their
teachers. May we continue to support our budding dancers in their future
endeavors.
I see growing excitement!
Junel: Indeed, Ma’am! The next groups of performers come from the secondary
school category. Ladies and gentlemen, kabataan, handa na ba kayo? Then, we give
the stage to performers number 1…4
Lolit: Another talent worthy of being written in history! Thank you, dancers. Keep it
up and we look forward to seeing even more jaw-dropping grace! The next part of
the event we are about to witness is the vocal solo and duet competition. Let’s not
make them wait long, we call on the first contestant for the vocal solo, elementary
category.
Junel: Will the next performers from the high school category offer us the same
energy and melody? We’ll fin it out my friends. So now, we call on the first
contender. S/he is _______________...
Lolit: Wow! How did they do that, Sir Junel? The bests are really found in the West!
Junel: I couldn’t agree more, Ma’am Lolit. And wait, there’s more. How about the
vocal duet? What are there in store for us?
Lolit: Then, we now call on them for us to see. Kabataan, mag-ingay for our pairs of
the vocal duet. Let’s have from the elementary category the first pair.
Junel: Thank you, kids and coaches for those wonderful renditions. And to complete
this historical event, it’s time to hear from the mighty High School music gang!
Welcome on stage, pair number 1, Mr. __________ and Ms. ________ from __________.
Lolit: While waiting for the result, may we hear a message from ___________.
Junel: And now ladies and gentlemen, the result is out! To announce the winners,
may we welcome with a round of applause __________.
Lolit: That concludes the “Rabii ti Agtutubo”. Thank you for all your support,
cooperation, and love! I am Lolita Narag.
Junel: I am Junel Quindatan, thanking everyone being part of this spiritual history
and journey!
