IV. PROCEDURES
A. Reviewing previous lesson or Tell whether the noun is a name of person, animal, thing,
presenting the new lesson or a place.
B. Motivation *This morning, we are going to learn about prepositions.

(Present the objectives)


*Motivate the pupils by presenting a picture of pupils in the
library.
*Ask:

What can you see in the picture?


How many of you love to read books? (count and write the
number on
the board- numeracy integration)

C. Presentation of the Lesson *Say: Alfred is one of the children who went to the library and
borrowed
a book. He took the book and read at home. Soon he fell
asleep and
dreamed.

*Ask: What do you think he dreamed about?


*Telling the story “Alfred’s Dream” by the teacher.

*Comprehension check-up
What is the title of the story?
Who went to the library?
What did they do there?
Who borrowed a book?
What did Alfred do with the book?
Why did Alfred shout?
What was Alfred’s dream all about? (Describe the place where
he was.)

D. Development of the Lesson A. Discuss and describe the place where Alfred, the sun, the river,
and the tree on his dream were found through pictures.
