MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE COUNTER-
AFFIDAVIT AND AFFIDAVIT/S OF WITNESS/ES

COMES NOW, Respondent BONIE CERDANA, by himself, and unto


this Honorable Office, most respectfully states that:

1. I have received a subpoena in this case last May 7, 2024 and I was
given ten (10) days to file my counter-affidavit and affidavit/s of my
witness/es;

2. I am however constrained to ask for an extension of time to file the


same as I am yet to engage the services of a lawyer to help me with
my defense. Hence, I am asking for ten (10) days from May 17, 2024 or
until May 27, 2024 to file the same;

3. This motion is not intended to delay the speedy and just disposition
of this case but solely for the purpose stated above.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that


the above-named respondent be given ten (10) days from May 17, 2024
or until May 27, 2024 within which to file his counter-affidavit and
affidavit/s of his witness/es.
