Sir,
With due respect, it is stated that My name is Ahmed Sattar and I am the
student of BS Economics (After 14th year) currently enrolled in semester 7th. I belong
to a poor family background and currently paying my university dues with my tution
salary which is very low. Recently, my father got an accident and faced many
injuries on head and legs. Due to which a lot of money was spent on treatment of my
father. During this whole scenario, my final term exams were scheduled on these
days which completely distorted my attention towards preparations.
My cumulative CGPA is 2.18 while to be eligible for promotion it is mandatory to
gain 2.25.
Moreover, my family is currently facing many financial problems which is a big
problem for me. Due to these all circumstances I can’t pay attention towards my
final term exams.

It is therefore requested you, Sir please promote me in this semester I promised I


will study hard day and night and will upgrade my CGPA. I will be very thankful
for this act of kindness towards me.
