During my recent visit to the school as a Field Study student, I observed hat the newly structured building have
created a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The fresh infrastructure, clean lines, and spacious layouts reflect
the school’s commitment to enhancing the learning environment. Classrooms are well-ventilated and designed
to foster interaction, while natural lighting and eco-friendly features contribute to the overall sustainability of
the campus.
Inside the classrooms, the students were notably friendly, reflecting a positive social atmosphere. However, the
noise levels were somewhat high, which occasionally disrupted the learning flow. Despite this, students
appeared engaged and excited to participate in classroom activities. Their enthusiasm, while sometimes leading
to excessive chatter, showed their eagerness to learn and connect with one another.
The teachers were equally welcoming, maintaining a balance between approachability and professionalism.
Their warm interaction with students fostered a supportive learning environment. Additionally, I was impressed
by the school’s eco-friendly initiatives, which include waste management systems and the use of sustainable
materials in the new buildings. Overall, the school offers a vibrant, learner-centered atmosphere that embraces
both modern education practices and environmental consciousness.

How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact the learning of the students going to school.
What are your conclusions?
The school campus, with its modern buildings, friendly environment, and sociable teachers, creates an
ideal atmosphere for student learning. The updated facilities provide fresh, inspiring setting, while
welcoming ambiance fosters comfort and focus. Teacher’s sociability enhances student engagement and
motivation, encouraging collaboration and interaction, ultimately contributing to a positive and
enriching educational experience for students attending the school.
How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development/ How this relate to your
knowledge of facilitating learning?
In relation to child and adolescent development, a welcoming school environment with new buildings, a
positive atmosphere, and sociable teachers supports students’ emotional and cognitive growth. Children
and adolescent thrive in settings where they feels secure and valued, which boosts their motivation to
learn. Facilitating learning in such environments becomes easier, as the positive relationships and
modern resources encourage active participation, collaboration, and curiosity, essential for
developmental progress.

1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why? Why not?
Yes, of course teaching in a school environment like the one that I had observed would be highly
appealing. The modern facilities, friendly atmosphere, and sociable staff would create an ideal setting
for fostering student engagement and development. Such a supportive environment promotes creativity,
effective learning, and meaningful teacher-student interactions, making it a fulfilling place to teach and
positively impact students’ growth.
2. What kind of school campus in conducive in learning?
For me, a school campus that is modern, well-equipped space with smart classrooms, science and
computer labs, a library, and collaborative study areas. It also features relaxing courtyards, recreational
fields, fitness facilities, and wellness zones for both students and teachers, promoting a balanced
environment for learning and well-being.
3. What kind of classroom in conducive in learning?
A conducive classroom is bright, well-ventilated, with organized desks and ergonomic features. It
features a whiteboard, blackboard, and a TV for multimedia lessons. Visual aids adorn the walls,
enhancing the learning atmosphere. At its core is a supportive teacher, active engaging students, using
diverse tools to create a dynamic, inclusive environment where students feel confident and focused on
learning.
4. In the future, how can you accomplish your answer in number 3?
As a future teacher, I can accomplish this by carefully planning and arranging the classroom to ensure a
comfortable and organized layout. I’ll prioritize ventilation, proper lighting, and ergonomic furniture to
enhance student focus. I’ll integrate modern teaching tools like multimedia and visual aids, while
fostering an inclusive, supportive environment. Regular engagement, encouragement, and adaptability
will ensure every student’s success.

Creating a conducive classroom involves optimizing the physical environment, integrating technology,
and incorporating visual aids to support diverse learning styles. Fostering a supportive culture
encourages open communication and inclusivity. Continuous professional development, community
engagement, and promoting student well-being are also essential for enhancing the overall learning
experience.

The board displays located in front of the principal’s office are designed to showcase school activities and
important announcements. These two board displays are easily visible to students, staff, and visitors, effectively
promoting engagement and communication within the school community.
1. BE-LCP Board:
This board features an impressive array of photographs highlighting various outdoor engagement
activities involving both learners and teachers. The images capture moments of teamwork, fun,
and learning illustrating the school’s commitment to holistic education. The board is creatively
bordered with paper folded into flower shapes, adding a vibrant and welcoming touch. The
content is well-organized, with clear captions accompanying the images. There are no spelling or
grammatical errors, making the message easily understandable for all viewers. This clarity
effectively communicates the school’s focus on outdoor learning experiences.
2. Transparency Board:
This board displays the school’s transparent budget, an essential aspect of promoting
accountability and trust within the school community. It also includes important announcements
regarding student safety, ensuring that the welfare of students is a top priority. The layout is
straight forward and professional, allowing for easy reading and comprehension with abaca

at Dupax del Norte National High School. The outdoor activities board captures the vibrant spirit of the school

Overall, these displays contribute positively to the school environment, fostering a sense of pride and awareness
among students and staff. However, there are only two board displays maybe because of the “DepEd Order No.
21, which provides the guidelines for this year’s Brigada Eskwela, required schools to clear school grounds,
classrooms and all its walls of “unnecessary artwork, decorations, tarpaulin and posters." A copy of the order
was uploaded on DepEd’s website on August 3.”
