SCOPE OF WORK: Complete Project - Engineering, Procurement, construction and
commissioning(EPC) on Turnkey basis. We will Provide & connect outgoing of solar power plant
output to the incoming of grid supply from GEB.

EXCLUSION: Any modification / strengthening required in existing roof/electrical & metering

system has not been considered in above cost or scope of work. If It is not to be done, It can be
done at extra cost on mutually agreed basis.
