Minimum Performance Standards for EIM/Sr. EIM/Ace EIM

MPS Criteria

1 Lakh WFYP every 6 month

WFYP is defined as collected premium with specific product


weightage as defined by company from time to time.

Note
A) EIM/Sr. EIM/Ace EIM will be terminated in case he/she is not meeting
the MPS criteria
B) MPS is applicable from M6 onwards.
C) Frequency of MPS will be twice in a year i.e. on Sep and Mar
