RE: NOTICE TO VACATE

Notice is hereby given to Mr. Mwesigwa Musa the owner of a building situated on plot
65, Mutungo zone 10, which has hindered the construction of the Kampala – Jinja
express highway road.

The owner is asked to remove the now illegal structure before the 20th September 2023.
The occupants are asked to immediately vacate the building prior to the expiry of the
notice

Upon the expiry of the notice the building/structure will be demolished at the owner’s
risk and costs to pave way for the construction of Kampala – Jinja express highway
road.
