Specification of Hot Air circulating oven

1. Triple walled construction inner chamber made of Stainless Steel grade 304 L & exterior
made of G.I sheets powder coated.
2. The gap between the two walls filled with glass wool insulation of 4”.
3. A fully insulated door with brass locks hinges. Door is fitted with ceramic.
4. A forced Air circulating system with fan for better temperature uniformity.
5. Provision of adjustable ventilation at both side wall of oven.
6. Design of heater based on Inconnel air heaters. Heaters fitted on three sides of oven (Two
side and one bottom).
7. Temperature Controlled by Microprocessor based PID auto tune Digital Temperature
Controller with inbuilt timer with range up to 999mins. Electronic Digital Timer.
8. Inbuilt safety controller.
9. Simplex A class transition joint PT 100 sensor.
10. RS232 interface with software to be operated through computer.
11. Heating is by specially designed Air heaters fitted on the two sides & bottom of the oven.
Supplied with S.S wire mesh shelves.
12. Provision of safety controller.
13. Provision of inbuilt timer.
14. Provision of single channel data logger to print records.
15. A forced Air circulating system with fan for better temperature uniformity (Motor with
blower).
16. Auto shutdown facility.
17. Provision for inserting external probe for verification of temperature.
18. Supply of Calibrated Hand held digital thermometer with standard 'K' thermocouple
probe of length :300 mm, external dia of the probe :4.5mm, Temp range: 0 to 800°C
