The idea is mainly to reduce the time taken for ambulance and fire engine
to respond to calls due to traffic issues . Using IoT and sensors and data
taken from junction control to give specific instruction to vehicles in
the supposed route to and fro from location to provide way for the oncoming
emergency vehicle. Through this way the response time can be reduced in
turn saving numerous life's and the data taken can also be filtered to
find drug traffickers and speeding ticket. A solution helpful to all the
traffic issues .

In the total amount of death that happens in the world almost 80 percent of
it is due to traffic accidents and issues and also due to late arrival of
emergency vehicles. Everyone has there own vehicles nowadays and thereby the
amount vehicles present in roads are numerous and has become hard to control
and navigate causing traffic jams , accidents and road blocks all these mentioned
are problems that need to responded . The problem is exactly how to prevent the
traffic issues that we now face especially in case of emergency situations .
Emergencies are supposed to be responded immediately but the current scenario of
traffic
control is getting out of hands leading to numerous accidents and death which
could have been prevented if it were not for the traffic issues and disobeying of
traffic rules. Everyone is neglecting the rules that are provided for the safety
of themselves and everyone around them this needs to be accounted immediately.

Emergency vehicles are unable to reach their destination in times due to traffic
and
also due to negligence to rules by people driving thereby a life is lost which
could
have been saved if appropriate ways to implement this rules are provided and also a
way to provide quick routes to emergency vehicles up to date to the traffic
present.

Everyone is affected by this problem cause roads are a necessary requirement that
is
accessible to everyone and needed to at the same time. Accidents and faults
happening
roads affect the people driving on the roads and people leaving nearby the
roads ,this
is in case of non-emergency vehicle .In case of emergency vehicle it affects
millions
of people whose life's are depending on it at that particular unretractable
moment .
Therefore the problem is of gravely affected to everyone living in our country.

The root cause of the problem is the negligence of rules provided by the government
for safe traffic control. People tend not to provide way for an emergency vehicle
until
sirens are heard or when it approaches near their vehicle this slows down the
emergency
vehicle as they are not getting a direct route to their location without obstacles,
Thereby
reducing the chances of the caller waiting for the emergency. Also people who do
not
give much importance to the rules could also be dealing in other malpractices like
trafficking's , speeding and so on.

Aid roads -easiest way to reduce ambulance travel time and accidents would be to
designate
certain roads as “Ambulance Routes.” limitations-Most are in poor
conditions ,unsuitable
for long roads , not available in every region as there is not enough space to
provide two roads.
Golden aid an emergency ambulance system- The shortest route to the accident spot
is displayed
and the central server tracks the location of the vehicle and switches the traffic
signal when
the ambulance is nearing the traffic lights. limitations- The system fails if the
central server
crashes ,internet connection and usage of videos makes it complex , computation is
hard due to clouds.

Traffic junctions will automatically initiate a green channel path when the
ambulance enters a predefined
zone near the traffic junction area. The data will be taken from each junction in
the proposed route gives
them instructions to provide way as the ambulance leaves the particular
destination. After checking data from
all possible route gives the fastest and shortest and less crowded route to the
ambulance .These data is
analyzed and can be used by police to solve accident cases and their causes. Can
monitor traffic better than
google does , prevent traffic jams ,also be used for privately owned vehicles that
are not ambulances but
serving the same purpose as that of ambulance

IoT can change the face of traffic control and primary health. The server has
details on the
vehicle conjunction in each lane of the road, data on the vehicles nearby
ambulance, junction
Traffic control, information on all vehicles on the road. This data can be also
used to change
the traffic signals in the way of the ambulance. when this data is analyzed it can
be used by
police to solve accident cases and their causes. Traffic monitoring done using the
cell phone
conjunction they use the user locations to track the traffic, this is also used to
provide necessary
data to provide instructions to prevent traffic jams and give safe and fastest way
for emergency vehicle .

Knowing that many lives could have been saved if they just reached the hospital a
minute earlier ,this
is not an isolated case it is happening every where and if we could provide a way
to prevent the same
from happening again . Trying to create a place were health care receives to
everyone without any delays .
