These are some of the issues that prompted up in the first meeting with the staff and

proprietor of La Vera College of Nursing that needed to be addressed urgently.


Moral disciplines, continuous assessments, ethical conducts, ICT codes and conducts.
Basic needs. Students and staff are expected to write and answer the following

 What are your conviction?

 How will you attain to the expected goal in life?

 Success without a successor is a failure comment?
 What is your mindset?
 What are the meaning of self discipline and moral?
 What are the difference between behaviour and character?
 What makes you whom you are?
 What are you?
 Are you in control of our feelings and emotions?
 If Yes or NO, State reasons?
 What type of profession is Nursing and why?
 A tertiary education are meant for maturity in high education pursuit for
excellent performance in all sector. Comment?
