“Granby Colleges of Science and Technology Queuing and Payment System QR code”

Purpose

The purpose of this project is to develop an efficient and structured Queuing and Payment System with the

use of QR code for Granby Colleges of Science and Technology to improve the flow of transactions and

reduce long waiting times. The system aims to provide an organized queuing process and a streamlined

payment system to enhance service efficiency, minimize congestion, and ensure accurate record-keeping

of financial transactions.

Description

The Granby Colleges of Science and Technology Queuing and Payment System utilizes QR code

technology to improve the efficiency of queuing and payment transactions. Students will generate a QR

code, which will be scanned at designated service counters to facilitate a smooth and organized transaction

process. The system automates receipt generation and financial record-keeping to ensure accuracy and

efficiency. By integrating QR codes, the system aims to reduce waiting times, streamline service flow, and

enhance transaction security.

General Objectives

To develop a structured and efficient Queuing and Payment System for Granby Colleges of Science and

Technology that minimizes waiting times, improves transaction accuracy, and ensures proper financial
