Teacher’s day Script

Anchor: Not every individual possesses a heart of gold and unwavering


dedication like our teachers. They are a beacon of inspiration, teaching us far
beyond just academics. It’s vital for us to acknowledge that their tireless efforts
and commitment don’t go unnoticed.

ANCHOR: A Warm and heartfelt greeting to everyone gathered here.

I Nitya Jain from grade 10 A and I Bhrithi from grade 10 B we are here to
celebrate the special occasion of Teacher’s Day.

ANCHOR: Teacher's Day is a tribute to the selfless dedication of educators


around the world. Celebrated on the birth anniversary of the renowned
philosopher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, it's a day when we acknowledge the
vital role teachers play in shaping our lives.

So, let us begin this program with gratitude and appreciation for our beloved
teachers.

ANCHOR: Absolutely! To commence this special program, I would like to invite


our beloved Principal, Vice Principal and all the coordinators to do the floral
tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.

ANCHOR: Thank you, teachers, for that soul-stirring rendition. Let us invoke the
blessings of the Almighty through a melodious song.

ANCHOR: Thank you Choir.

Anchor: While anything we do today will fall short of our teachers ‘efforts for
us, we would still like to showcase our love and respect to you through special
tokens. To show our appreciation to our teachers, we present our teaches with
handmade greeting cards.

Anchor: Now, let’s proceed with the opening of this event. We have prepared a
heartwarming tribute to our teachers, showcasing the significance they hold in
our lives. To present this tribute, let’s welcome Rohith from grade 10 B to the
stage.

ANCHOR: Thank you, Rohith for beautifully portraying the essence of teachers’
influence in our lives.

ANCHOR: "Today, we've prepared a myriad of exciting activities. Each segment


in our lineup is a tribute to our teachers, a hearty celebration imbued with
gratitude."
ANCHOR: "Kicking off today's festivities is a dance performance - a vibrant
expression of our respect for these architects of society. Please put your hands
together for our gifted dancers!"

ANCHOR: Real life is said to be messy, whereas drama is the shaped version of
life. It happens in big places and also in small ones. So, drama is an essential
part of life: You have to come on with a bang. You never want to go out with a
whimper

With that being said, we would like to call (name of the group) on the stage for
the drama in honour of our respected teachers.

ANCHOR: Friends, after this performance, you must have had a good idea
about the level of this day. Strong applause for this great performance by our
young talent. Thanks a lot
ANCHOR: On this special day, let us promise to honour and respect our
teachers, not just today but every day, by applying the knowledge they

ANCHOR: Before we conclude, we would like to extend our heartfelt


appreciation to all the teachers present here. Your guidance, support,
and dedication have shaped us into the individuals we are today.

With that, we bring an end to this memorable celebration of Teachers’


Day. We hope you carry the spirit of gratitude and respect in your
hearts as we continue to honour our teachers and their invaluable
contributions.
