Notice for obtaining Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

The students of SODL who are willing to apply for obtaining Transfer
Certificate (T.C) should note that the application form for T.C. is made available
on SODL website www.unipune.ac.in/sol. The students have to download, print
and fill the application form and attach the following documents:
1. The copy of mark sheet of last examination of SODL.
(In case of last examination, if the student has not received printed marksheet, then
the print of online result can be submitted.)
2. The copy of recent admission form (Student Copy) or the printout of Student’s
profile from https://sppu.digitaluniversity.ac/
3. The copy of Aadhar card
4. The Copy of S.S.C. Certificate or equivalent
The application form for T.C. can be submitted by hand to SODL office at
“School of Open and Distance Learning, Ground Floor, IDS Building, Near SET
Guest House, IUCAA Road, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune 411007”.
After verification of the form, the student has to pay the fees of Rs. 200/- by
cash in the Bank of Maharashtra (S.P.P.U. campus branch). (Bank timing: 10.30
am to 3.30 pm on working days). After paying the fees, the fee receipt (challan)
need to be submitted at SODL office. Thereafter, the student can collect Transfer
Certificate (T.C.) from SODL office after 7 days. If the student is unable to come
to SODL office to collect T.C., s/he should send authority letter to
[email protected] from his/her e-mail ID which is used at the time of
online admission.
