Safeguarding civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference. This objective is achieved by a Combination of measures and
Baggage which is accepted for carriage in the hold of an aircraft and which is checked in by the passenger who is on board.

These are acts or attempted acts such as to jeopardize the safety of civil aviation, including but not limited to:

An aircraft operation in which an aircraft is used for specialized services such as agriculture, construction, photography, surve
and rescue, and aerial advertisement.
Any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air again
