1. Objective
The objective of the unbilled governance report is to clearly identify and
monitor individuals who are currently unbilled within the organization and
calculate the associated costs. It aims to ensure their prompt transition to
the billed category with continuous input from the delivery team. The
dashboard enables decision makers to track the progression of data from
one state to another, leading to better business outcomes and actionable

insights. Additionally, it seeks to establish consistent procedures to


enhance efficiency, accountability, and compliance within the
organization.

2. Scope
Employees under unbilled category, partially billed and Unassigned.

Exclusions: Management,Support,Corporate leave pool>30 days

6. Unbilled Requirement
6.1 Unbilled Base View
 Identify unbilled employees from the allocation report and
categorize new joiners from the HC report under the
unassigned category to form the unbilled base
 Below are the base columns that are to be generated :
